Update: 2 weeks after my yard leak was fixed I had an upstairs sink not draining. Checked underneath and spotted multiple leaks. Michael came out the next morning, diagnosed the initial issue that caused the sink to back up (the sink shares a drain line with AC and there was a bad algae buildup) fixed the blocked, and multiple bad fittings under the sink to stop all the drips caused by bad work from previous handyman.

I highly recommend using this company.

I have used in house plumbing for several times now. This time it was Rick. Very professional guy. Shawn owner and dispatcher Brenda was greet too. Usually I don't go with companies charge upfront fees, often they just want to collect service fee and walk away. So when I started with Inhouse plumbing, was little suspicious. Great company, very reasonable price, no gimmicks.

Seems shady, they claim that no one in the office knows pricing but magically the plumbers they send on-site seem to have this information. So basically you want a $60 trip fee to tell me your prices? No thanks, plenty of honest business owners that I've already spoken with who have transparent pricing for their services. Not sure how they got a 4.7 rating with these business practices, maybe it's a recent change? 🤷‍♂️

Brent was in communication with me from the time we set the appointment and he showed up when he said he would. Quick diagnosis and fixed for a reasonable price. The home warranty people would have let us go two weeks with no hot water but Strittmatter took care of us the same day.

Had an issue with a toilet on the weekend. They came out, diagnosed and fixed the issue. Timely, friendly, professional and very reasonable considering it was a Sunday. There was no extra fee for the weekend. The technician was simply fantastic. Would definitely hire them again!

Jeff was very responsive and thorough. He took the time to explain everything to us as well as how to properly maintain the water heater on a yearly basis to extend its life. We were very happy and will use him again!!

I had the worst experience with this team. I called in and scheduled a 2 hour slot in the morning for next day appointment. Within 2 hours, i called in and asked whether we can reschedule 2 days after my original appointment because i was expecting a Chandelier and wanted to complete installation of the same along with other work. Also i asked whether the hourly rate would come down if the work takes more than 3 or 4 hours

The person on the phone acted like he didn't understand my request and i had to explain multiple times. He suddenly started with the abusive language and i asked him whether is this the way you treat your customer. He continued and disconnected the phone. When i followed up with an email, i got the reply stating that i used the abusive language.

I have recorded the whole conversation and it is pretty evident. I would never use their services. Let wanted the people to know.

Mr. Frederick came out super fast and was able to address our issues. He was super friendly and very jovial! We enjoyed talking to him and will definitely use AAA Auger again!

We had a leak that was resulting in the flooring in our bedroom warping. Chad and his assistant were able to find the leak after about twenty minutes. It turned out to be a shoddy repair on the washing machine drain and required jack hammering into the slab a little to repair. This was expensive, though I felt the price was fair. Chad did good work, left the area clean, was polite, explained things we had questions for, and was respectful of our property.

Streamline got me on their schedule fast, had reasonable costs and even found a leak on my stove gasoline that was installed incorrectly by the previous owner. Super thankful for their honest work. They are now my go to plumber
