Best Install Tankless Water Heater in Plano TX

Carlos stopped by within an hour of contacting his company and provided some recommendations to fix our problem. He provided a couple options and left the decision to us ( No hard sell). Carlos and his team arrived at 7 am the next day as we agreed and begun working. He completely replaced our main water line in the time he said and at the same price quoted. Would not hesitate to use Carlos for future jobs.

Josh and Brian came out in the middle of the texas snow storm to repair our toilet that was flooding one of our rooms. They were kind, efficient and knowledgeable. They answered all our questions and even provided advice to help ensure our pipes dont freeze during this continued deep freeze. Great customer service and so grateful for their service.

I can't sing their praises enough, Josh and his crew at Ashcroft plumbing went above and beyond with getting us a new hot water heater. Josh was extremely thorough with the install and knowledgeable in doing things the right way. He didn't cut any corners and was super helpful. His crew was very careful with the install and even cleaned up nicely afterwards. He's unlike any plumber we've ever used!

I've used Rodgers Plumbing for years now. They really came to the rescue this morning when I had a hard to get to leak under the house. There was lots of water and was a hard to get to spot to repair. They fixed it timely at a reasonable price.

As first time homeowners, a plumbing repair can seem really daunting but not with Jeff and Thorough Plumbing. He explained every step of the process and made sure we understood what needed to happen and what our option were. He never made us feel like we couldn’t ask questions or get a deeper explanation. He even gave us tips for calling the insurance company! I feel like we are more knowledgeable about our home since he made the repair and showed us all the spots to be aware of. I’ve used AAA Auger three times now and they’re always great. Peter came out this time and he was friendly, informative and fast. I appreciate that they keep you updated on arrival times and send you a picture of the person coming to conduct the repairs - which adds an extra layer of safety/security. The service fee is more expensive now, but what isn’t these days? AAA Auger will always be my first call as long as they continue to provide such great service. Thank you, Peter!

Just had the best experience with Chad at CPR Plumbing!! Our water pressure has been low since we moved in almost 3 years ago. He came over in the window of time we scheduled. He thought it would be a quick fix with the pressure valve but found we didn’t have one! So he went to each individual sink (4 of them) plus 2 showers and took out a little device that slows the flow of water. He was quick and so nice. I will definitely be calling again if the situation arises.

Time after time, Earls does a great job. I lost an earring down a sink drain and Earls arrived the same day, retrieved the earring and changed out the pipe under the sink. I was so relieved! This is a great company.

Over the years I have used Waterman's multiple times. However, about a year ago I was told that a repair wasn't covered because they only have a 30 day warrant period (the initial time I called about the leak was 40 days prior). I reluctantly requested that they come out again and a master plumber do the repair. Fast forward 1 year later I called back about the same recurring leak. They inform that they have a 1 year warranty and that the job won't be covered. I informed them that I was told differently on time # 2. Currently, they have yet to reconcile the leak, address that both bills were paid, or address that there was a communication break down and a warranty that seem to be flexible based on their convenience

We called Tex to come out to replace a kitchen sink. The experience was a nightmare. Tex and his helper showed up on time at 8:30, but lacked the necessary materials and had to immediately leave to go to Home Depot. During the installation process it was determined that the opening for the sink would need to be enlarged. The shop vacuum did not have a filter and Tex assured me that a wet washcloth would be sufficient to collect the dust. I also need to point out that while he said my house was cool, he also had a portable fan directed at him while he worked. My entire house filled with the dust from the procedure. When the sink was still hanging on one corner, Tex took a hammer and hit the sink to knock it into the hole. The corner of the sink broke and he then made me give him the receipt so that he could return it and tell them that it came that way. He managed the return, but failed to get another sink. He told me that I should just pick out a different sink and that I didn't need the one that I wanted and had researched online. I asked him to put the old sink back until I could get the sink that I wanted. He refused and told me that unless I wanted a hole in my kitchen counter instead of a sink, then I needed to pick out something else. I settled on a different brand and a different material than the original sink I had purchased and Tex finally installed the sink. His invoice was twice the amount it should have been. We will NEVER use this company again.
