I've used Rodgers Plumbing for years now. They really came to the rescue this morning when I had a hard to get to leak under the house. There was lots of water and was a hard to get to spot to repair. They fixed it timely at a reasonable price.

Aaron was extremely professional and checked every inch of our home to find a very unique problem obstructing our A/C. I am very appreciative of the manager Tim for sending Aaron out to diagnose an issue that was not resolved the first visit. Outstanding company that I have now used for A/C and plumbing. They will get all my business in the future.

Due to the recent February Winter Storm, a frozen pipe had thawed and burst. I found Thorough Plumbing after calling approx 20 plumbers since many Texans were going through similar problems. They were able to come to my home the very next day & correct the situation (I was incredibly fortunate with that). They were honest, professional and very nice. All costs and procedures were explained clearly. Their pricing was very fair. I will be definitely using Thorough Plumbing in the future.

I had the worst experience with this team. I called in and scheduled a 2 hour slot in the morning for next day appointment. Within 2 hours, i called in and asked whether we can reschedule 2 days after my original appointment because i was expecting a Chandelier and wanted to complete installation of the same along with other work. Also i asked whether the hourly rate would come down if the work takes more than 3 or 4 hours

The person on the phone acted like he didn't understand my request and i had to explain multiple times. He suddenly started with the abusive language and i asked him whether is this the way you treat your customer. He continued and disconnected the phone. When i followed up with an email, i got the reply stating that i used the abusive language.

I have recorded the whole conversation and it is pretty evident. I would never use their services. Let wanted the people to know.

I’ve used them twice for two different issues. They really take the time to make sure the issue is repaired. The friendliest people I’ve ever done business with. I’ve worked with Eugene and Windell. I’m just so impressed. I had Bakers Bros out before AAA Auger and they charged me hundreds of dollars, didn’t fix my issue and told me I needed a $2,000 repair. AAA Auger fixed my issue for just a couple hundred. Highly recommend.

Needed a toilet reset and had it donw less than 3 hours after my call and at good price

My main line got clogged and the house started to get flooded. I've called YB and the plumber showed up quickly. He was able to unclogged it with the hydro jet machine they have. I'm very happy with the results.

Javier was very knowledgeable and very efficient with the handling of his equipment. Hes very good at explaining the problem in terms we could understand.
I would recommend him and American Leak Detection to everyone.

When my HVAC died mid-June, I panicked thinking it would take several days to get a repair. Not only did Dallas Air Pros have a rep in my house the next day to check it out and give me a quote, but I had a new HVAC installed within a few days. They even send out a handyman to make sure the attic door was reinstalled correctly. Jack made sure he found me the best financing option so I could afford this major project. Now I get regular service and check-up’s. I like doing business with a small company - they feel like family. The nice lady that calls me for scheduling even remembers what days work best for me for service. I will continue to do business with them long-term and recommend them to anyone!!

I called at 11am and a plumber arrived by 1pm! I was so excited to get same day service. Phantom repaired my faucet in 30 minutes and the cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

We noticed our old water heater leaking and called them in the morning at open. By afternoon we had a new water heater installed. The prior water heater was poorly installed and the plumber took the time to correct everything and install new pipes, turn offs, exhaust, and connections as needed. The install took a lot of work and a trip back to the shop for equipment due to the old heater not draining but we ended up with a professional job at the quoted price. Would not hesitate to use or refer to Speake's.
