Our hot water heater quit working. I called Triple Crown Plumbing on SUNDAY and they answered the phone and set up an appointment to come out first thing Monday morning to look at the hot water heater. Cody came out and he was very professional and gave us detailed information on what the problem was as well as what the cost would be upfront. He also thought there might be a leak. However, he said we can watch and see if the hot water heater has any additional problems. He did not try and sell us a new unit. Most other companies would have tried to do that. He even gave us an estimate on a new unit. We will absolutely call them back and will be purchasing our new hot water heater from Triple Crown Plumbing. I hope this post helps anyone looking for a reliable plumber.

Hi ,Usually I review rare but I need this to make sure everyone decide before they choose the company for the job.I was told by a foundation company that there was a water or sewer leak and fix it to get things straight at my home.I contacted my agent who is very helpful and gave this company reference for the job.Contacted the company got my leak initial test and was told to go for isolation test -195 $ chargedNext isolation test and charges -695$ found two leaks as per their report and evaluated the excavation needed at 8 feet and two leaks - advised to fixEstimate received-4195 not itemised not sure how much for whatWork started and after a days work was told verbally there was chipping needed and 200 bucks more and after another day passed the work is completed and was told verbally the price is 5595 after completion so now it increased the price from 4195 to 5595 a total of 1400 bucks that's huge and was told no written invoice for the work done just pay and get receipt after payment and threatened to pay now or I will put lean On your house and my attorney talk to you is the answer for asking a written invoice,so rude never saw customers paying huge amounts and no written invoices before for understanding for what I am paying for and how do somebody call professional, honest company with all theseThe price 1200 for was never communicated or agreed .My experience and lesson learntEarlier I got another company done initial test and isolation test for free ( they said we provide free testing and estimates and was interested to know another opinion and I hope everyone does when putting good money) and provided a quote to fix the same leaks for less than the final price honest company did the job .so I advise to check with few companies just don't just go with one especially honest and affordable calling companies , ask every thing in writing and I want to mention one more thing the extra 1200 is for more excavation as per company which is 50 % more than the feet suggested by initial inspection team report and it's so skillfull analysis for almost 900 bucks thank godCharging in multiple chunks does not make it affordable - it’s a scam195 + 695 + 4195 + 200 + 1200 = 6485 my case final priceI am posting my experience in multiple forums just to make everyone aware when making a decision I can provide more info if anyone needs drop me a messageGood luck guys.

Water Heater gave up this winter after 10 years of service. I scrambled to find a Plumbing service to avoid cold water. Found Gem Plumbing and placed the call. They were very responsive and scheduled the service for next day. Stan and and his help arrived on time. Looked at the unit and it needed replacement due to internal leak. They went and got the new unit, and the heater was up running within few hours. They explained all the components in the heater. Learned much more about water heater.

Very Thankful for their service. Price is reasonable. Service is great. Courteous and Professional. Absolutely satisfied with quality of work. Saved them as Favorite for my future work need. Will share their info in my network as needed. Thank you Stan for your work and help.

My family has used casto leak detection for the last year and half or so and have had nothing but great experiences with Brian and his team of plumbers. They found and repaired two leaks, replaced a leaking faulty water heater and a few other small repairs. Prices are great,they always call back and stand behind their work with knowledge and experience. Definitely will recommend to any and all family or friends in the area.

Called Diego back to finish a tile floor install after multiple problems with Lowe's. (Word to the wise: if you're thinking of using Lowe's installation services for remodeling, don't.) Diego did a great job with the flooring and even installed the new toilet, too. I had them out a few weeks prior to work on some fascia boards and that went nicely as well. I have no reservations about recommending HomePro for any repair needs.

Had a leaking faucet, was something that I thought would be pretty simple. Of course I was wrong. Staggs took the time to call the manufacturer on my behalf, and get replacement parts under warranty! Would have never thought to do this. Not only did I get the replacement parts to stop the leaking, but got a new sprayer because this was also worn out. Would definitely recommend Staggs plumbing! CPR Team is Outstanding! Easy and fast to make appointment to replace a toilet. Very fair pricing quote on phone. On Time for appointment. They were very safe, (masks for Covid), and Professional. I had purchased a toilet, (would not fit in space), they re-packaged the new one I purchased, they helped me return it to Home Depot. They picked up one which would fit. Very professional and responsive, even when they are extremely busy. They unfroze my pipes and we were back to normal within a few hours of my initial call to them.

After getting 2 estimates for a main water line replacement (big leak), I called O’Bryan because they had very good reviews. They not only said they could do the work the next morning at 8AM but they matched my lowest estimate. The three man crew showed up right on time, were extremely professional and worked hard all day in the 109 degree heat! The follow up was good as well. I highly recommend based on my experience.

Husband tried to put in my new bathroom faucet, and was only able to remove the spicit handles would not come out, frustrated had to call a plumber, so called BillyGo, was the best thing we did due to the old faucet, it had to be cut out, would not come out easy. and the new one was replaced, and Matthew even cleaned up all the old putty, petina was bad and now it looks great. We are very pleased, and the price was fair to us considering all the extra that needed to be done.
