Best Gas Work in Plano TX

Great experience and reasonable pricing. We had a hot water leak under foundation and since I have wood floors, we had to dig under foundation to repair. The work was done on time and the area was left as if nothing had ever happened. They did a great job!

Five stars! If I could give more, I would. Brenda took all of my calls, she was very pleasant, explained everything in detail and she was sure to keep me updated before our project began. Chris, Trevor and Santos did our work and we couldn't be happier. They were polite and efficient and we would be happy to refer anyone we know to use In-House Plumbing Company in the future. Until today these folks rated 5 stars from me. I called them, explained exactly the problem. They sent out a plumber who said he was not interested in replacing my water heater circulation pump. In case this was a one-off visit from a sleepy apprentice, I called to check with the office. She agreed. Must be contagious and has spread throughout the company. DOA.

I called Thorough Plumbing looking to get an estimate on an issue with our restrooms. Jeff answered the phone call and gave me his honest, straightforward opinion on the cost and timing of the job. He also took the time to explain a few things so that I would have a better understanding on how to find the most cost-efficient way to tackle the issue. After getting 2 estimates for a main water line replacement (big leak), I called O’Bryan because they had very good reviews. They not only said they could do the work the next morning at 8AM but they matched my lowest estimate. The three man crew showed up right on time, were extremely professional and worked hard all day in the 109 degree heat! The follow up was good as well. I highly recommend based on my experience.

That's just he didn't show up excellent work, went Way beyond what we asked them to do.

Garret with Z plumbing is a saint! He is the only reason Z Plumbing is receiving any stars. Tony is the CEO and is ok with below-par work.

Tony sent a crew to work on the issue Garret provided direction on. After a week and a half (Labor Day included), the issue wasn’t fixed. Garret returned and had to completely undo what the crew did and correctly fix the problem.

Angel (Office Administrator) shared that the project's slow progress was due to the contracted team being carful since it was a gas leak. When Garret came out to check on the work he was upset and shared the work was not done right and he needed to redo everything.

The project took almost two weeks. Garret completed the work in four hours. There was a need to dig in our yard due to a buried pool.

Communication on the project was only great when Garret was on the project. Garret was pulled off our project by Tony (CEO).

I did receive a call when my finance was submitted. Other then communication on payment I was never updated on the project timeline. I was instructed to chat with the contracted team to see how far along they were.

I don’t usually say this but I HATED this company. Garret is the only person on that team who cares about the family he is providing services for. Very disappointed.

If you’re moving forward with Z Plumbing please make sure Garret is assigned your project, he’s amazing.

The whole team from in the office to the crew who install and services are great. I appreciate how they went out of there way to find my heater with all the shortages and not put extra up charge like so many others . Thank you for your kindness and great work ethic

Blue Frog was excellent in helping me identify what my plumbing issues was. Three other plumbers had been out and the problem was not correctly identified which resulted in me wasting money on them coming out only to have the problem resurface. Blue Frog used s camera and identified my root cause!!! Cutler was punctual and friendly. I will definitely use them anytime I have an issue.

I previously had two 50 gal tank water heaters in my attic and planned to replace them with the same...but still worried about the possibility of a catastrophic failure with the 'ticking time bomb' of having those two tanked units in the attic.

I called Ardent when I was ready to schedule. Luckily, Kevin, the master plumber, answered the call and took a lot of time to explain very clearly to me all the pros of a tankless unit. I was still undecided, however, so he sent me estimates for both the tank and tankless units so I could make the decision. I ended up choosing a tankless unit.

I was very happy to be scheduled within just a couple days of making my decision. The crew came on time and did an excellent job. I was very pleased with the work and they cleaned up after themselves.

I highly recommend Ardent. They have great customer service and I love that you can text them. The dispatcher, Allison, was prompt in her replies to me. The price was also better than other plumbers in the area. So grateful for Kevin, the master plumber; he was so informative and allayed all my concerns of having a tankless unit. I am super pleased.

Sam was awesome! His team came in, diagnose the problem, brought any new tank and installed it in less than 30 minutes. Will definitely use the plumbing house again for both business and personal. Thanks guys.

Chad was very fair and reasonable on the major repairs my Mom's house needed. He cuts no corners and does the job right. Will call him from now on when I need a plumber.
