This company will go above and beyond to make sure you understand and are happy with your service. I had them come out to correct another company's inadequacies. Stan (the owner) is on the front lines and will take the time necessary to make sure you're comfortable.

All in all this company is exactly what you want from a plumber and we will be calling them over anyone else.

Nathan came out to replace my hot water heater, which turned out to be a more involved process than anticipated. He did it all in one day, and I’m thrilled with both the new hot water heater and his skills!

Brent was in communication with me from the time we set the appointment and he showed up when he said he would. Quick diagnosis and fixed for a reasonable price. The home warranty people would have let us go two weeks with no hot water but Strittmatter took care of us the same day.

Great job Time After Time

Have used BillyGo for the last year ever since meeting them at Grapefest 2018. They have come out for numerous jobs from plumbing to AC to gas and have been beyond courteous and professional every time. Their technicians are non pressing at all and seem to genuinely care on helping you make the right decision. The one hour guaranteed time frame is also a major plus to help me plan my day accordingly! Would recommend to ANYONE needing their services.

I contacted this company, because one of my tenants in Wylie has a water heater problem. I was told that a master plumber would be at the house within 45 minutes. When I asked for a copy of their Certificate of Liability, I was told, We don't send our Certificate of Liability to individuals. I was told I could contact the Licensing Board of the State of Texas and see that they have Liability Insurance. I simply asked them to text or email me a copy of the Certificate of Liability, and it was repeated that I could check with the state.

I've never dealt with a contractor who REFUSED to provide a Certificate of Liability. If a contractor is a professional, he/she should be happy, ready, and willing to provide that information to a potential customer. I do not recommend this company, if they can't prove they have Commercial General Liability, which is designed to protect their customers from
property damage and/or bodily injury that could result from their work.

Are use this company to install a Kohler bidet on one toilet and repair a toilet lid on a second bathroom. Very nice service technicians plot professional. And the cost of the service was very reasonable compared to other companies

Called Waterman's Plumbing in an emergency on a weekend. They were highly recommended and I'm glad I used them. They came out, surveyed the problem and explained to me in detail what the issue was. They fixed our toilet and bathtub issue, with great care. They were courteous and understanding, definitely will use them again. Also love the fact that they are a family owned company. Thank you again Waterman's Plumbing for giving me stress free weekend and your prompt service.

Robert with All about water heater was great to deal with. His technician arrived on-time and was professional. Their pricing was fair and reasonable. Super responsive. I would hire them for all plumbing needs.

We called Tex to come out to replace a kitchen sink. The experience was a nightmare. Tex and his helper showed up on time at 8:30, but lacked the necessary materials and had to immediately leave to go to Home Depot. During the installation process it was determined that the opening for the sink would need to be enlarged. The shop vacuum did not have a filter and Tex assured me that a wet washcloth would be sufficient to collect the dust. I also need to point out that while he said my house was cool, he also had a portable fan directed at him while he worked. My entire house filled with the dust from the procedure. When the sink was still hanging on one corner, Tex took a hammer and hit the sink to knock it into the hole. The corner of the sink broke and he then made me give him the receipt so that he could return it and tell them that it came that way. He managed the return, but failed to get another sink. He told me that I should just pick out a different sink and that I didn't need the one that I wanted and had researched online. I asked him to put the old sink back until I could get the sink that I wanted. He refused and told me that unless I wanted a hole in my kitchen counter instead of a sink, then I needed to pick out something else. I settled on a different brand and a different material than the original sink I had purchased and Tex finally installed the sink. His invoice was twice the amount it should have been. We will NEVER use this company again.
