Carlos stopped by within an hour of contacting his company and provided some recommendations to fix our problem. He provided a couple options and left the decision to us ( No hard sell). Carlos and his team arrived at 7 am the next day as we agreed and begun working. He completely replaced our main water line in the time he said and at the same price quoted. Would not hesitate to use Carlos for future jobs.

We have a problem with our vessel sink stoppers. Rick came out and was able to unstop the sinks but the stoppers need to be replaced. When we get the new parts they will definitely be the ones who replace them. Professional, very nice and honest. He wasn't here long and felt that it would be unreasonable to charge us for the time he was here because he was unable to permanently fix them so he only charged us the trip charge. I will be sure to recommend them often!

I've used Rodgers Plumbing for years now. They really came to the rescue this morning when I had a hard to get to leak under the house. There was lots of water and was a hard to get to spot to repair. They fixed it timely at a reasonable price.

Aaron was extremely professional and checked every inch of our home to find a very unique problem obstructing our A/C. Two weeks ago, we started getting a small leak under the kitchen sink. We knew we were replacing all of our household faucets, so it was not a problem. We simply set a bowl beneath the sink, and emptied the water a couple times since.

Last evening, we finally finished replacing all our faucets with the kitchen faucet. Lo and behold, we experienced an enormous leak under the kitchen sink! •wince• We turned off our home's water main and started calling plumbers.

Two companies quoted us over the phone, but couldn't get to us until Monday (this is Wednesday evening), and the third hasn't yet returned our call (4:45 p.m.). This morning, we were getting a •teensie bit• desperate and called a fourth plumber, Staggs!

Same Day Service and the price was in-line with the other quotes. The gents, Josh and Jas, were CLEAN, amazingly quick, effecient, knowledgeable, and even shared •helpful hints• Yummy Hubby and I will always remember. ...did I mention they were sweet, too? :) lol

Last night my kitchen sink backed up when I turn on the garbage disposal I Google Plumber in Wylie and 3 results pop up the other two are close except for Best Quality plumbing is open 24 hours and that's a Godsend. Icalled and left a message in about an hour Chuck called me back and he came to fix my pipes. He spent at least 3 hours cleaning the pipes and I was so happy I told him he is now my plumbery I recommend this company . CHUCK is a hardworking man he just finished a job in Mckinney last night and still he came to my house to fix the problem. Chuck you are my Angel and thank you so much!

We were having trouble with the toilet in the master bedroom, and being someone who likes to do it myself I only made matters worse. David from YB Plumbing came to our rescue. He arrived quickly, listened carefully while I described the initial problem and my attempt to fix it myself. He was understanding and courteous, he did not rush and he took the time to fully explain my problem and what he was doing to fix it. He even me troubleshooting tips just in case something like this should happen in the future. Best of all, the price! I will only call YB Plumbing from now on.

My name is John Freel and I had an issue with my toilets not flushing. and in the past, it was usually at the main sewer line or the vent on top of my roof that would have tree roots growing in them. I had called Rescue Rooter, who I used in the past, but due to the Economy being so bad, that alot of companies are rooking people for all they can get. Rescue Rooter came out and did not do what I had asked and then put me off several times, then didn’t even access my issue with the roof vent. My wife who is a realtor, uses Aubrey for home inspections so we called them out! The two technicians they sent out were James Weisdorfer and Alex Sabillion. Being a little gun shy, I asked James what he could do and what it would be to fix the problem and he was super professional and politely told me two ways he could get the job done and even showed me the prices on his tablet which is a blessing compared quotes most companies just tell you verbally and expect you to go with it. His first way to save me time and money was to go through my toilet to clear out the clog. It worked and he saved me a lot of money this way!! This is righteous! In all my 50 years of dealing with plumbing issues , these guys are the best!!! My wife loves them and I am so glad we found Aubrey LLC.

Sewer line cap fell down my sewer line a long time ago. Dealt with clogs continuously because of it. Didn't want to deal with it because I heard from the Internet that it could cost thousands as a deep trench would have to be dug and the pipe cut to remove it. Called Speake's plumbing as they were a popular choice on my neighborhood forum. Travis and his assistant came out, cleared my sewer line AND RETRIEVED THE CAP !! No trench had to be dug. They worked a long time with the camera and auger but finally got it. Can't say enough on how happy that made me.
Customer for life now and will always refer them. Thank you Speake's plumbing !!!
