I have used this company several times over the last couple of years. Recently in our remodel of our bathrooms, they replaced all the valves under my sinks, removed the exposed pipes after we removed our master bathtub and one bathroom sink, and then installed the new plumbing while the tile contractor had the master shower gutted. I am a person that relies heavily on reviews, including as late as last week on vacation. We had a water heater suddenly start leaking from the tank into the pan on us last weekend. I called Monday afternoon and Benjamin Franklin was able to schedule a crew to come out first thing Tuesday morning.Since our unit was > 10 years old I expected to have to replace it, but our lead plumber Ben was able to work things out for us economically given the larger job, and we threw multiple other items in to save even more while we already had their attention.There was no hard sell and Ben and Logan were honest and trustworthy and performed high quality work.We are very satisfied customers.

Brent was in communication with me from the time we set the appointment and he showed up when he said he would. Quick diagnosis and fixed for a reasonable price. The home warranty people would have let us go two weeks with no hot water but Strittmatter took care of us the same day.

I called CPR Plumbing yesterday (non-emergency) and they replied right away and scheduled for a tech to be out here today between 1 and 5pm. Chad the tech arrived promptly at 1pm and took note of the troubleshooting I'd already done then suggested what he thought would be the best next course of action which was to snake the drain with a 75ft motorized snake. Once that was completed, he ran several tests and it appeared to have cleared the issue (washing machine drain overflowing when draining large loads). They also offered a really good price (in my opinion) and a 90 day guarantee which obviously makes me feel good about the confidence in the quality of their service.
Overall a 5/5 for me as a first time customer for CPR Plumbing and in particular of Chad and his professionalism.

Chuck replaced two toilets and the kitchen faucet in our home. I have used him before and have been very pleased with his work ethic, professional demeanor, and the spotless cleanup he did after completing each system. He was very careful to protect the floors and other surfaces. I appreciate the care he took in our home as he went about this job. He ensured that I knew how to shut off the water for both toilets. I don't ever recall any other plumber providing such a detail. He picked up both toilets from the vendor and he checked the products before he left the big box store. I had mentioned to him before he picked up that I was a bit concerned about damage since the boxes were a little beat up. He was kind enough to assuage my concerns. We called Tex to come out to replace a kitchen sink. The experience was a nightmare. Tex and his helper showed up on time at 8:30, but lacked the necessary materials and had to immediately leave to go to Home Depot. During the installation process it was determined that the opening for the sink would need to be enlarged. The shop vacuum did not have a filter and Tex assured me that a wet washcloth would be sufficient to collect the dust. I also need to point out that while he said my house was cool, he also had a portable fan directed at him while he worked. My entire house filled with the dust from the procedure. When the sink was still hanging on one corner, Tex took a hammer and hit the sink to knock it into the hole. The corner of the sink broke and he then made me give him the receipt so that he could return it and tell them that it came that way. He managed the return, but failed to get another sink. He told me that I should just pick out a different sink and that I didn't need the one that I wanted and had researched online. I asked him to put the old sink back until I could get the sink that I wanted. He refused and told me that unless I wanted a hole in my kitchen counter instead of a sink, then I needed to pick out something else. I settled on a different brand and a different material than the original sink I had purchased and Tex finally installed the sink. His invoice was twice the amount it should have been. We will NEVER use this company again.
