They have been out multiple times to fix things. Each time they have been prompt, quick about the repair, and so nice that some have taken the time to play with my 2 year old when he talks to them. I will call them for all our plumbing needs.

We chose In-House to re-plumb our house because we had cast iron pipes. They were done in 3 days with our 3100 sqft home. They were on time, quick, and answered all my questions.

Good guys, best, clean, fast repair.

We used Rodgers Plumbing for home drain cleaning and installation of new washing machine valves. The plumbers were prompt, professional and courteous. Their work was high quality and their pricing was fair. I'll be using them for any future plumbing needs.

Aaron was extremely professional and checked every inch of our home to find a very unique problem obstructing our A/C. I am very appreciative of the manager Tim for sending Aaron out to diagnose an issue that was not resolved the first visit. Outstanding company that I have now used for A/C and plumbing. They will get all my business in the future.

We are happy we chose 1st Plumber Allen TX because of their exceptional communication abilities, promptness, and honesty. I was very satisfied and would utilize them again if I had any plumbing problems!

They didn't even bother to show up. Zero stars. We have called and gotten through at least 5 times today (been hung up on 4 other times) to get in touch with a plumber to get a better idea of ETA during our ridiculously vague 8am-4pm arrival window. We have waited ALL DAY and no one came. The owner has been forwarding all calls to the receptionist, who is of no help whatsoever - apparently she doesn't work in the office and has no insight into scheduling and no interaction with the plumbers.

Stay away from this company. Do not recommend.

My issue, needed to replace cast iron trunk that went from the outside to middle of my house with PVC piping. Sonny and the team did a tremendous job. Not were only they professional but friendly as well. They took care of business in 1 day. Will definitely use them again. Thanks!

The plumbers were very professional and courteous. Their charges were reasonable. They responded to my call within a short time . i will recommend them to my friends anytime.

No show on the first day. No call back.

2nd day. They called and said they would be coming out. The afternoon ended with a no show.

3rd day no call.

I have to give my business to another hydrojet company.

They desperately need an office manager and a scheduling assistant or some way to accurately indicate when they will arrive.

Highly recommend. Family business with great pricing and prompt service. Will definitely use for any future plumbing needs.

We first had Aubrey Plumbing in 2009 when a pipe burst under our house. Anthony did such an excellent job that we've had him do all of our plumbing work ever since. During one repair he recommended we call the city first to see if the problem was on their side rather than our paying him to find the blockage, which turned out to be the case, and the City of Dallas Water Utilities came and fixed it at no charge to us.
