We have used Rogers Plumbing for well over ten years for our residential needs. Heard a faint hissing noise in one of the bathrooms. Turned off all shutoffs, still hissing . Called Shirley at Rogers. Robert and Daniel were dispatched. Robert located the issue via the crawl space. The cracked copper line was inaccessible from below. The water closet was removed and Robert surgically removed a minimal portion of the wet wall. Repairs made in less than four hours. Robert was able to patch the wall with the cutout section. I had envisioned having to repair the wall opening myself and resetting the WC. Unless you knew the story you would not know that any repairs were done.

Called and made an appointment to have someone come clear a clogged bathroom sink.Jerry and Jacob came by about 3:30. They were able to get the line checked out and snakes in about an hour. Very thorough and give us tips on how to prevent this in the future. Would definitely use them again.

My wife and I have used the Roto-Rooter service previously when we had a similar clogging issue. So we've scheduled another appointment this time. Steve showed up on time, was courteous and professional, and he informed us on each step as he worked through the pipes.We are very satisfied with Roto-Rooter and the quality of its employees, we don't look forward to the next clogging problem but we'd love to have the same service again. FWIW, we also bought a bottle of Pipe Shield since Steve had a very reasonable approach to having preventive measures. Thanks again.

These folks are top notch. Called them when I was in a lurch and on a tight timeframe. I got lucky and someone was available to come out right away. What do I mean by right away? Within 20 minutes. They came out to look at the issues I had. Told me what needed to happen and didn't charge a dime for the visit. I called Sarah at the office to express my gratitude and she explained that they had done away with trip fees. As a business owner myself it was a pleasure to see a company doing business with great customer service like this. They have earned a client for life!

So they just hang up the phone on you, I asked information about cost and installation and told him he was the first one I contacted and he just hung up on me. Elite? Not so sure.
