Rickey was my water heater specialist and he went above and beyond, refusing to leave until my entire issue was resolved. I called for a water heater issue and once that was resolved then a water pressure issue arose causing a new issue for my ultimate goal which was simply to take a hot shower now that the weather is getting colder. Reggie stuck around and tested a few things until he was able to not only provide my house with hot water but also the desired water pressure. I would recommend Rickey and this company to any of my friends or family!!! 10/10 service all around

We previously had a good experience with a tech from Penguin Air two years ago. So when our AC started to experience problems this summer we called Penguin Air (Bad Mistake). The first service guy (Ryan Dayzie) comes out and installs a new compressor ($400) and signs us up for the service plan. After a month of the same problem persisting the second guy comes (Matthew Neidick) comes out and adds refrigerant ($600) and mentions a couple of times that we should probably replace our 6 year-old unit. The next day we call back because the same problem from a month ago continues to persist so the third guy comes out (Sky Lundburg) and tells me I should replace the unit without checking anything. He didn't go up into the attic or hook up any of his gear... he just made an educated opinion that our unit is too small and needs to be replaced. And gave me a quote for a new unit. So we called their competitor Parker and Sons and they came out and fixed the problem within 10 minutes ($200). Turns out the condensation line was clogged and needed to be cleaned so water didn't back up in the pan and trip the system.Penguin Air is a typical AZ Air conditioning company that tricks people into spending money on unnecessary work they don't need. They come out and sow confusion so you panic and pay them. The worst part is the front like they are a Christian company with American Flags flying in all of their pictures. As a Veteran of three combat tours, I would appreciate if they didn't use the American flag as marketing scheme. I will report my experience to the better business burial and google reviews.

They very quickly took care of the issue with my air conditioner to accommodate my schedule. Jose informed me the overflow pipe wasn't installed properly and did the repair correctly.
Jose was well informed and very polite.

Beware of what the schedulers tell you that the price may be!I had a toilet that was clogged and needed to be serviced so i reached out to ACE. When i spoke with the scheduler i mentioned how important it was for me to have a rough estimate before a technician came out. She said that would be no problem and that i would recieve a call by the plumber stating the price before he did anything. I was the put on the schedule. Once it was getting close to my appointment time, i recieved a call stating a plumber was on there way. I stated that i needed rough estimate before any work was done. She told me that starting prices for unclogging a toilet were 70 dollars and it went up from there. She also mentioned the service fee that gets waived after the work is done. Long story short, the plumber gets here and quotes be 180 dollars and let's me know it could get up to 270. I immediately question him and told him that i was given an estimate of 70 dollars. At that point, I'm locked in because i would have to pay 80 dollars once he actually steps in my door. I felt sick to my stomach, not to mention that i was going to see my cousin in the ICU later. I reluctantly paid him because i have to much dignity to try and argue my way out of the service fee. I will never use there service again! The plumber was pleasant but you cant do a bait and switch and expect a happt customer. You are better off going with a less mainstream company that won't charge you so much.
