Let me preface by admitting I am a first time homeowner and some of the fault falls on me for not knowing what to do in the event your sewage pipe collapses.My mistake was not waiting for my insurance adjuster and not getting a 2nd quote. Those mistakes cost me 9k out of pocket.Where I think they are at fault is for overcharging me and intentionally rushing the repairs and making me pay upfront with a promise that they will work with my insurance to get me close to 90% reimbursed. But when it came time to work with my insurance to get the work covered they were very uncooperative with my adjuster. At first ignoring requests for a break down of cost and then they provided 2 different contradictory break downs until finally they just stopped replying to her questions altogether. I reached out to Brandon, Jesse and Vince on numerous ocassions.A third party was sent out by my insurer who estimated the work 6k lower than what I paid and I had a second 3rd party come out and confirm I was overcharged by around 5-6k. Both sources felt the overage was coming from labor charges. In hindsight, it occurred to me that its very questionable that he insisted I pay upfront for labor that hadn't taken place yet. Again that was my bad for paying it but still unprofessional and shady on their part for sure.Don't use this company, it will save you money, time and a headache!

Robert was the one who installed my EV charger in my garage. An obviously very knowledgeable electrician, he was able to do the work perfectly but also made sure that he provided other things needed for my electrical panel to ensure that addition of the car charger would work seamlessly with my system.He explained everything about the pricing, and even found ways to save me money.This is a reliable company, focused on taking care of their clients.

Recently we replaced the 50+ year old drain pipes in our house. After obtaining various estimates, we selected Anthony’s Plumbing to do the work. Its owner, Brandon, was very helpful in explaining the process, including the nature and extent of the work involved. Each day he would let us know what would be done the next day. The work was done within the scheduled time frame and all of the workers were considerate, professional and accommodating throughout the process. They were able to accomplish the project with a minimum of disruption and with less damage to walls, cabinets and countertops than other companies had indicated would take place. They used protective materials inside and out to minimize the dirt and dust and to permit us and our dogs to have access to the back yard. They arranged for the concrete work to be done after the pipes were installed and even pitched in to help when some of the concrete workers did not show up. And, when the work was done, they did a nice job of cleaning up. Finally, the price was reasonable. All in all, the process was much better than we expected. Based on our experience, we have no hesitation in recommending Anthony’s Plumbing. And, for those of you who have a skeptical nature (as we do), we had no association with anyone connected to Anthony’s prior to selecting them, and we are receiving no benefits by posting this review.

They are very responsive, professional, very thorough and very polite. We had Brandon install our new water heater and he was excellent! Any future issues I might have, I would definitely call Second Opinion Plumbing!

Was having water heater problems and went thru Lowe's.
Patrick came out to install the water heater. He was on time, very knowledgeable, professional, and did excellent work.
The price was better then a lot of other places that was called when doing research in trying to find a good plumber.

Hays is very responsive and professional. I would highly recommend them for new installation and/or maintenance. They perform a very through HVAC check-up and maintenance, providing pictures and status of units. I have had several different members over the past few years and they have all been great to work with.

He provided me with thorough information of my options and although parts to complete the job were not available, I felt pleased with the service he provided. ???Chad Nielsen had to come out following day on a Saturday and quickly got the job done. I have to say I was close to looking for another company. Luckily for Chas Roberts they have employees like Evan. Evan showed up today to complete the repairs of our 3.5 year old tankless hot water heater, what was thought to be a change out of an ignitor, thermostat etc. However a couple over sites by the last 2 techs resulted in a minor service call for Evan. He was thorough, considerate, detailed and professional and to top it off didn’t charge us a penny. Thanks Evan!
