We had an 18 year old system in our home and in AZ that’s a ticking time bomb. We decided to go with P&S to get them replaced and it’s been a pain ever since. We haven’t had so much trouble with A/C units in our lives since we’ve had them install one. They’ve been back multiple times with problems. The A/C unit gave out on us during the summer and while we were on vacation. Good thing the smart thermostat was working so we could be notified that our house was at 98 degrees. Took a few days to get that repaired. Sounded like shoddy workmanship since the install guys pinched a wire to the upstairs thermostat. They shorted out a thermostat and had to replace that. While they were there they mentioned that they’ll have to come back to finish the install on the furnace since the install guys didn’t finish. This was only 3 months into a brand new system. 7 months later it’s cold so we turned the furnace on and the upstairs fills with smoke and the smoke alarms are going off. We live in an older neighborhood and there are quite a few older systems around. P&S is not getting any new customers out here since the neighbors have seen P&S at our house for the 4th time in 9 months. Bad install apparently. Wonder if we got some lemons or the install team was on drugs during the install. Not sure what’s up but only two stars from us. Looks like we got all the Melvins at our house to do this install.P.S. the picture is the kind of workmanship you can expect

We are in the process of selling our home and in the inspection process the buyers that several electrical items be repaired. We contacted George Brazil and the ease in setting up the appointment was excellent. Our service man arrived at the scheduled time and we were very pleased with him. Eric M. represent all that any business would be proud to have him working for them. He is personable, knowledgeable, thorough and we were quite pleased with him - we will keep his name and George Brazil for any future electrical repairs.

Dave is an expert plumber and truly professional. He did a great job replacing my shower head, faucet and shower valve. He showed amazing skill when cutting through wall to fix the shower valve and fitted a perfect access door necessary to deal with future problems. Smart, friendly and approachable I definitely recommend.

Frank Palermo was our Tech. He was great. system was working when he arrived and he called back later in the evening after figuring out that a setting was causing our intermittent problem. He can back over the same day and fixed our issue. Great experience and great service.

I recently purchased my first home. Needless to say me and my boyfriend are pretty clueless when it comes to maintenance so we purchased a home warranty plan. A few days ago our AC goes out (just as soon as we are starting to hit triple digits) so I put in a service call. First they referred me to some company where I left multiple messages for 24hrs and never spoke to anyone. I call my home warranty service back the next day to complain and they refer me to A Better PlaceLLC. I received a call from Scott (the owner) saying he would be out that day and he was at my home a few hours later. He's professional, confident, has a sincere friendly quality, knows what he's talking about and keeps it real. He's also friendly with pets :), my lil 4yr old french bulldog Bella was having the best time trying to distract him in anyway she could. After finding the issue with the AC he made a call in my favor to the warranty company that helped ensure that they cover the replacement part right away. He had the part readily available, and AC was back that night. From now on when I call my home warranty service I will only request A Better Place and should be TOP on the list. I also hired Scott to clean the coils of the air handler to help maintain the unit and have it working efficiently for the rest of the summer. He squeezed it into his schedule and returned the same week. This maintenance service is not covered by home warranty plans. The quote he gave me was the MOST REASONABLE PRICE OUT THERE, and you couldn't ask for any better service. A Better Place is truly the BEST PLACE. I highly recommend you CALL THEM FIRST. I used Yelp to find a quote after water buildup in my kitchen sink (the disposal burned out). The quickest and best response was from NorFleet Family Plumbing. It has been a few days and I think its safe to say that they did a Fantastic job. The price quote was great, garbage disposal replacement was the best idea and it was quickly installed by Nick. He was patient with my questions and even offered to look at any other plumbing problems we might be having (luckily none). But i know next time anyone mentions needing a plumber, I will recommend Norfleet!
