Not only did he install the new trim kits for the shower, tub and sinks efficiently, but he made suggestions, gave advice and solved other issues. He was willing to also reset our leaky toilet in the guest bathroom and he replaced the outdated outside water valve. His helpfulness, attitude, kindness, patience and professionalism is outstanding. I initially called for a quote and spoke with Gloria (i believe her name was) who was very helpful. She was able to give me a quick quote that was $800 less than another company. Along with that she was able to send someone out immediately who performed the work. Michael R. and his colleague (I did not catch his name) were very friendly, professional and informative. Your driver in van #003 at 4:00pm on 3/6/2022 is going to kill somebody on the road. Watched him fly across multiple lanes and the GORE POINT to make an exit that he was absolutely past the point of making.He also chipped my windshield from all the debris in the gore area he kicked up, so thanks for that.

Due to bad pex (plastic piping) originally installed in home and subsequent leak / mold in kitchen wall had to have total repipe of hot water lines in 5 year old house. AZIP was contracted to do the job by the manufacturer. Romero and Bianca did 95% of the work and they are a great team. Well qualified, competent, compassionate and helpful. Did great work. Highly recommend them.

The company was great at scheduling to get my water heater installed ASAP. The two plumbers who installed my water heater were very professional and kept me informed of every step.
