Positive: They were very responsive, providing a callback with an updated ETA. When the tech arrived, he was very professional. He quickly diagnosed and resolved the problem.

On time the day they scheduled and were very professional and courteous. Our plumbing was so bad we had three quotes that it would take two days. Smiley Plumbing was able to do it in one day at a cheaper price. I was skeptical but after reading reviews I went with them. Cleaned up with no mess left behind to worry about. I couldn't be happier, the service they provided was 5 stars.

Was very pleased with Mark and Danny. I received a quote very quickly and they were on time. They replaced 4 stuck valves, added a recirculation pump to my water heater, updated the clothes washer connection (it was very outdated), and fixed the kitchen sink drain line. I do not rate many companies with 5 stars. So, 4 stars is high praise from me. One minor issue, that was quickly resolved before they left. That said, I would call them again.

Amazing service! We're in the process of completing moving our kitchen to what was our living room. Nick re-ran our water lines, main drain, installed our new sink, faucet and garbage disposer. He was very helpful giving us time after running the new lines so we could get the new cabinet installed and came back same day to finish the install of the sink, faucet and disposer. We will definitely use Norfleet Plumbing in the future and would refer them to friends and family. :)

We chose RP Gas to install a new gas line to our fireplace, based on the rave reviews they have received. They did not disappoint! From the day I made initial contact with them all the way to job completion, they were instantly responsive and accommodating. Christine, in the office, is a huge asset to the company and sets the tone. Everyone who came to the house to assess and to do the work was polite, professional, and prompt. It was quite a big job and we are thrilled to be able to use our (now gas) fireplace this upcoming winter more than we were ever able to use it as a wood burner. They also added a T on the line so we can drop gas down to our stove when we are ready in the future. Thanks kindly RP Gas!

I can't rate what i didn't experience. They never called or showed up to take care of the service call set but the management company. So after 2nd day of no water, i bought the party and fixed it myself.

Took over a week to get a call back to schedule. Then Tech showed up and did not call, so we did not receive service. When I called to reschedule, lady on phone was so rude and abrasive, decided not to even use this company. Terrible customer service.
