City of Phoenix was kind enough to tell me my monthly water bill had skyrocketed. Originally, I thought it was a slab leak so I called a leak detection company first. It turns out it was an irrigation issue and a faulty shut off valve. I called Aussie Plumber to repair it. Troy was able to come out the same day to evaluate it and repair it. Quick service. Neighborhood guy. He provided an estimate, did the work quickly, sent photos of the work with his invoice, and cleaned up the area after he finished. It was win-win situation (in spite of the unexpected hit to my budget). Now I have better quality valve in place. Thank you!!

After having a wonderful experience the first time around, I called and spoke with Tawni about another plumbing service. She provided wonderful customer service and wanted to ensure all of my questions were answered. Today we had Second Opinion Plumbing replace our standard water heater with a tankless water heater. Kyle called before arriving, walked me through the process and completed the install thoroughly. They did a great job with our new system and vacuumed/swept up the debris from the install.

I had sewage coming up from my master bathroom toilet and shower. Then my second bathroom starting acting up. I attempted to call my home warranty after waiting on hold for about an hour and a half I decided to end the call. From there I called Charity Plumbing and talked with the owner Jim. Within the hour Bill showed up and I explained the situation. He ended up going onto my roof and snaking the main pipe. They were beyond professional from start to end. I’m going to be recommending them to all of my family and friends.

After several quotes, we hired Zippity Split Plumbing to repair our sewer line. The service was Excellent and all the guys involved did a great job. All of our questions were answered before and during the process. We will definitely use Zippity Split for all our plumbing needs.

Chas Roberts Air Conditioning & Plumbing - please explain why in 3 months a brand new house with a brand new AC has needed someone to come out to fix it 5+ times? We had someone out yesterday and 24 hrs later the AC isn’t working. I’m told that the soonest you can come out is between 1-5pm tomorrow after calling at 830. Brad the Supervisor tells me “at least it’s only 102 outside and not 115”. Your company is the worst and I will make sure everyone knows!!****This response must be from Adam. I think it’s hilarious that you think your tech saved us somehow. You spent the whole 16 min on the phone blaming everyone except your company for our AC issues. I honestly couldn’t even listen to it any further.Your tech could have gotten our warranty voided and honestly that is still a possibility. But we got our air to work the night before. Because of my daughter’s health condition, she overheats quickly and it becomes emergent. So when your Supervisor Brad was telling me to be thankful it’s 102 and not 115, we went to the breaker and switched it on and off. Thankfully our air came back on. Because otherwise I would have had to get a hotel that allowed dogs so that we would be able to have a decent night of sleep.Your excuses are lame. Like you said, you install in 38,000 homes a year. So you should probably have someone available 24/7 when it’s over 100 degrees and it’s a brand new system.

Scott is reliable and gets the job completed In a professional and timely matter. My experience has always been the best. When my AC unit needed repair he quickly came out and fixed my unit. Now it's being replaced and he most helpful In walking me through the process. It's hard to find someone honest and to provide exceptional services. Scott is the guy to handle your AC emergencies! Omg THE BEST EVER. Had an issue with a hot water heater that Joe installed a couple of months ago called him this morning here he came running all the way to Wickenburg to resolve the problem. The issue had nothing to do with the time consuming job Joe did previously it was due to lack off attention from my EMPLOYEES. He's awesome resolved the issue and was more than fair with me. I love this hardworking family they are fair honest & DEPENDABLE. More than I can say about the rest of the plumbing companies around.
