Jared from Wyman Plumbing was here this week to repair hard to move shower handles (cartridges need replacement) and replace corroded 'tub shoe and overflow' with a new chrome one. He also tested our water and discovered our water softener (10 yrs old) is not working and cracked. He is not only a very pleasant, friendly person but knowledgeable, thorough and patient with explaining everything that was being done and gave us estimates for future issues like the water softener. I was recommended to them by a person on Next Door who just had similar work done and was very pleased not only with the service but with the fair pricing.

The technician was on time, very polite and did an excellent job of explaining what he was doing. I would definitely use them again.

Franz was friendly and efficient. He determined what was necessary to clear the drain and did so.

I just had to have a huge plumbing job done right after a major operation, and it was a bit overwhelming. But I couldn’t be more pleased with the service we received from all the technicians at George Brazil plumbing and in particular, Adam. He took the time to thoroughly explain things and gave me a few options. He and his assistant were there for me when the job was completed as well to clean up and answer questions about filing a claim with my insurance company. I will definitely use this company again

We hired Chad three times and were happy every time. The first job was a small installation that my husband didn't feel like doing. Chad's price including installation was much lower than we expected it to be. (I hope he made money). So latter when we had trouble with our water filtration system we called him again. We thought that we needed a new system and were ready to buy one. But Chad found a small problem in it and fixed it. If he was dishonest he could have sold us a new system but he didn't. Then we hired him again to do another recent job. He worked fast efficient and clean. We couldn't be happier with his services.

I had my old cast iron sewer lines cleaned and lined with epoxy. Every crew was professional, respectful and the job was completed a day earlier than was initially expected. Also, only 4-5 hours of not being able to use drains, was very easy and not much disruption in our lives.

Bryan dug and dug until he found our service line leak. He worked in a cramped space and well past dark to finish the job and restore service. Geatly appreciated the dedication!

Mark came out to do an assessment of my plumbing. I already had two quotes from other businesses to line the outgoing plumbing. Mark arrived on time, clearly communicated the process with me and provided additional information (articles etc) based on my questions. Mark and Brandon did a great job though there were a couple of unexpected issues that arose due to the age of my house. Mark honored the original quote though it ended up being a bigger job than anticipated. He also came back the next week to make sure the drains were running properly, and they were :) Thank you for your help and I highly recommend using this company.

Called with a plumbing emergency due to sewage backflow. Even though they advertise 24/7 the lady that answered the phone said she had to wake up one of the technicians. Supposedly, they would call me back within 10 minutes. 4 hours later I contacted someone else.

They are not reliable. I called and made an appointment and they never called or showed up.
