I wish all technicians were as accommodating and friendly. The service was prompt, and professional. Jack was courteous and neat, leaving NO mess. He LISTENED to me and he EXPLAINED what he was doing and why. In addition, he's handsome. What's not to like?!?!Two years later . . . This afternoon, after explaining the system (and the process), Jack installed a tankless water heater, and made it look easy. Impeccable service and clean-up. And -- yep! -- he's still handsome!

Greg was awesome! So honest and super helpful. Hard to find that anymore these days. We’ll be using him exclusively going forward. ?

The gentleman that came out were very professional and nice well dressed and presented. They prepared a quote to put a piece of pipe in for laundry and pressure test and permit it. Initial quote to install 5 ft of gas line through pre-existing holes ready to go $3400 dollars. ? I expressed my thanks and concerns about the very high price to replace such a short run of pipe. Literally $60 bucks worth of pipe. Definitely less than an hours worth of work labor wise not including the permit. They wanted 600 just to pull the permit! Sorry guys I’m just not made of gold.

Laszlo and Zoltan found a leak under the concrete next to the pool and coordinated, waited for and supervised the concrete subcontractor. They advised on another plumbing matter that we were able to repair DIY. Give them a chance for you!

Blue Plumbing fit us in at the end of their day to diagnose and repair a micro-leak behind our washer.

Don’t trust these guys. I had a plumbing leak a while back and they came to repair it. They ended up tearing apart two rooms in my house. Then recommended a restoration company that is owned by the same people to repair the damage. They charged my insurance an obscene amount, and while dealing with my insurance for payment they tried to strong arm me by filing a lien against my house. They waited to inform me of all of this while I was on vacation . When trying to resolve any issues with my insurance they were rude and unhelpful. I have never had such a poor experience dealing with a service provider. Additionally, I now realize that most of the damage they caused was likely unnecessary. I wish I had known about their devious business practices. They did fix the leak … so two stars for that… but beware.

Plumber was thorough, knowledgeable, tidy, polite and clean. I was very happy with the service.

Paul was excellent. He is so nice and did such a great job installing our water heater. Even with the 116 degree heat today, he was always in good spirits. I will highly recommend him to everyone I know. And I will have him do all future plumbing work at our house.

Pete & his partner with Cool Water Plumbing LLC, did a fantastic job installing my new toilet since the old toilet had a crack in it. They were professional and very friendly. They cleaned up after themselves and reassured me the toilet was up and running. 100% recommend to anyone in the Phoenix area with any plumbing issues!

Nathan, thank you for having the utmost most professionalism. My water main has leaked in the past year and was recently fixed by another plumbing company. I was set up an appointment with Nathan to re-address this issue, remind oneself that this is his first time coming to fix this problem. We called Walker Plumbing based an a recommendation from a coworker. We had other estimates, but what made us choose Walker was responsiveness to our request for an estimate, our technician Jodi was on time for the quote, and it was a better price then the others. The work was able to be scheduled quickly. Jodi was on time for the work, and a bit early, which we were grateful for. He was professional, kind, and communicated with us throughout the whole process. We will definitely use Walker Plumbing in the future!
