I had exceptional service using this company. The technician, Mark, was able to resolve my plumbing problem in no time. He was pleasurable and very informative. I have not had an issue with my toilet since. I have recommended you to multiple friends of mine. KEEP UP THE GREAT SERVICE!!

The service of this company has greatly diminished since I first used them. Very poor service now. I don't recommend them now. You're better off using other venues to find a plumber.

This is how a business should be run! Always informative, honest and never try to be deceptive or over sell something that is not truly needed. Also, Lindsey and the entire crew are always friendly and pleasant. I know that they are very busy and managing a number of emergencies, without having enough time in a day. I can't say enough to say how much I appreciate having them on my team!

I called at 9:56am on a Sunday morning. Brandon was here, found the leak, repaired it and was finished by noon!!! Great service from beginning to end. Will definitely use again!!!!!!

Edwards Plumbing did a great job doing a trenchless replacement of a 40ft water line that runs from the meter to my house. Robert was very responsive on the phone, took time to explain a few things, and was able to complete the repairs the next day. Wally was fantastic as well; professional, polite, and almost always had a smile on his face. I would highly recommend these guys for any trenchless repairs you need.

Paul was great to work with, he gives fair price and honest answers for repair options. His price was much lower than other big name quotes. The plumbing work was quality work. I highly recommend him and I will be using Paul for all my plumbing needs going forward.

Don S. Is my kind of dude! Water Heaters Only came on the same day as I called for help. I feel that the price was right for a new 50 gallon tank with parts and labor ( our 40 gallon was 12 years old!). Don was my technician and he was excellent!! Got the job done in under a couple of hours. I am very happy I found this company and I am honored to have had Don as our technician. I will for sure recommend them and be a loyal customer here on out.

Really great service. Jason was very efficient, personable, and best of all, persistent about fixing a very tough leak in our backyard. I'm not sure what the technical term was for our particular plumbing problem, but I know it involved scary power tools, rotten pipes and lots and lots of mud. But Jason did a wonderful job! Moon Valley... plumbing with aplomb!

I called Donley to come take a look at my AC unit when my wife and I first moved into our new home back in May 2013. I know that we had two old units and thought the tech would try to hard sell me on getting new units, but they never did. He informed me that the units were really old and not as efficient as newer models but no need to replace the units at that time.

I was shocked at the customer service I received from Jose. Jose serviced the units and added some freon. Before the tech left, he took the time to inform me of the best way to set the thermostat to be the most cost effective and what would put less wear and tear on the units. Jose told me that he had been working for Donley for over 18 years, and it was comforting to know that the company had a seasoned tech come to my house. I would highly recommend using their services. What I really like about Day and Night is the expertise of its staff and the continuity of the technician who services my home. We have dealt exclusively with Day and Night for 30 years. Jeff Martin is still the owner and president. We always request that technician Ron perform twice a year maintenance on the three air conditioners and furnace units in our home. Ron is exceedingly competent. He always does outstanding work. He always explains what he did and what he found and tells me what, if anything, needs to be repaired or replaced during our semiannual checkups. As a result, for the 8 years since we have lived in our current home, we have never experienced a situation where our home was not properly cooled or heated. We did have a system failure once, but it affected only a small part of our home. Day and Night dispatched Ron at our request and, although it turned out to be a complex system failure, he called the manufacturer, and even called in the manufacturer's local tech rep. Even the manufacturer had a hard time figuring out what to do. But Ron repaired our system and it has worked perfectly for the last year. Jeff went to bat for us with the manufacturer and made sure we were satisfied.Day and Night's charges are fair, honest and reasonable. The level of service is outstanding. I used Yelp to find a quote after water buildup in my kitchen sink (the disposal burned out). The quickest and best response was from NorFleet Family Plumbing. It has been a few days and I think its safe to say that they did a Fantastic job. The price quote was great, garbage disposal replacement was the best idea and it was quickly installed by Nick. He was patient with my questions and even offered to look at any other plumbing problems we might be having (luckily none). But i know next time anyone mentions needing a plumber, I will recommend Norfleet!
