I had submitted a request to my warranty company on 1/30/2021. I got a text that Moon Valley would come out on 1/31/2021. The tech called me that night (1/30/2020) and said he would “try” to be out there when they said they would. Okay. Didn’t hear from him or anyone else on 1/31/2021. It’s the weekend I get it. I call on 2/1/2021 (Monday) to see what is going on and talk to someone who had to research it and call me back. I called to follow up because I would like to get my day started despite the water leaking out of my front yard on to the street all weekend. I talked to Chris. She was curt and appeared to act like I was an inconvenience to her. Zero customer service on that call. I’m already frustrated no one followed up with me. Then I get to talk to someone who acts like I grew a third eye in the middle of my forehead. Nope. Not cool.



I understand warranty work pays low and isn’t a high ticket item but then don’t sign up to do it. I’ve now wasted almost 48 hours with water coming from my yard with a company who doesn’t care...

Technician was honest, on time, and fixed leak with also providing fix that will help with reconnecting irrigation in future. I would use Simba again and recommend to others.

We have a tankless water heater that they installed and it stopped working. I called on Saturday afternoon and spoke to Todd who was on call. He said he could have Shade there in the morning (Sunday). Shade arrived at 8:00 am and began to diagnose the problem. He called the manufacturer who had a technician on call who, with Shade, figured out the problem, fix it and now I have HOT water again. Shade had been here before for a leak and was familiar with the heater, so he was easy to work with, friendly, punctual and professional. I appreciate his and the companies quick response time.

Plumbing Professionals with great customer service. I can honestly say that their telephone customer service was excellent, scheduled my repair, called to confirm plumber was in route several times, they were very pleasant and helpful. Plumber Mark Johnstone showed up ON TIME, clean cut professional appearance, friendly and confident manner. Mark was extremely knowledgeable regarding drain stoppage situation and cleared it in a matter of minutes! **** There was absolutely NO sales pressure regarding my service/fix..did not try to up sell my service or scam additional repairs!!!!** I will certainly use this company again and also refer them. We had a very difficult plumbing problem. It involved backed up toilets and showers due to root damage in our sewage system. Cody was the tech specialist that came and used his skills to detect the exact location of the problem and solved it. It was intense at times as we feared there may not be a perfect outcome, but they were able to complete the work. The yard was dug up with much hard work The yard was left just perfect and our house has better sewage than it has ever had. The best part was that we were kept informed each step of the way. Very pleased overall. Crew that worked at my home made a potentially unpleasant experience much easier . Ramon, Wyatt and Dylan were all professional, courteous and helpful.

Our garbage disposal broke and Josh was able to come out the day we called to get a new one installed that works even better than the prior one had!

Super quick service, which is important in managing vacation rentals. A tech was out to the condo within two hours. Casey’s communication was excellent. Turns out the repair was a couple thousand dollars of work which was covered by the home warranty so I was unfortunately not able to have Rooter Ranger perform the repair. Casey was very understanding, and there was no fee for the service call. Rooter Ranger will definitely be my first call for any future plumbing emergencies.

I called Plumbers of Maricopa because I had a leak in my main water service line in front of my house. They were able to get out to fix it within a few days. During the process, there was a lot of communication back and forth as a tree needed to be removed and a trench dug. Chris was always available to take my calls and answered emails quickly, even in the evenings. That alone sets them apart from any other plumbers/contractors I've dealt with in the recent past. Trustworthy, professional, and always available when you need them, I will be using them in the future. Only issue was we weren't told to run the hose prior to using sinks or toilets when we turned the water back onto the house. We had a lot of dirt that came up the toilets and sinks and had to make some minor repairs to both because of it. Run the hose into the street to get all debris out of the line prior to using water inside the house.

Wonderful experience having a water softener installed! Highly recommend, very responsive, professional and knowledgeable on all things plumbing. Thank you!!

Great company and stand up people that do great quality work.

I couldn't recommend this team any more for those that need a whole house Repipe. We have a house in Ahwatukee that was laden with Polybutylene (gray pipes) that are known to burst close the the T taps after awhile. We didn't want to have to ever deal with that, nor the inspection findings if we ever sell the house. We called Arizona Integrity Plumbing and man were they so much cheaper than all the other plumbers we called, by over 50%.

They had to shut the water off for a about a day when they were cutting over to the new PEX pipes, but we were mostly out of the house, so it wasn't a big deal at all. When the walls were opened up we had them install some new shower valves since ours were over 30 years old. It turned out so well, even though there were some mishaps along the way. It was so nice to have everything done by this company instead of subcontracting out drywall and painting work, they literally did it all. Such an awesome process to see. I included some pictures of the process, but rest assured that everything is patched up, textured and painted like it never happened.

The team that came to my house was over the top professional, friendly and knew their stuff. They tackled all the challenges along the way with grace and kindness. I couldn't have asked for a better Team than Alex, Romero, Bianca and Alby. Amanda was extremely helpful with every phone call as well. I had some questions how they are so cheap compared to the other plumbers and the owner Kelly told me about all the experience he had and how he cross-trains his team to make it he best value out there.
