I just have to echo what everyone else has said. I called with a clogged toilet. Casey called me back within minutes and was at my house in under an hour. Took 5 minutes to unclog the toilet and charged me $47 total. I've found a new plumber! Very pleased.

We had an emergency plumbing issue and called GreenStar Plumbing Company Phoenix expecting to be turned away because of the late hour. But to our surprise, Elvis was sent out right away and he arrived within the hour. He was very efficient and had the problem fixed in no time. Omg THE BEST EVER. Had an issue with a hot water heater that Joe installed a couple of months ago called him this morning here he came running all the way to Wickenburg to resolve the problem. The issue had nothing to do with the time consuming job Joe did previously it was due to lack off attention from my EMPLOYEES. He's awesome resolved the issue and was more than fair with me. I love this hardworking family they are fair honest & DEPENDABLE. More than I can say about the rest of the plumbing companies around.

I can't rate what i didn't experience. They never called or showed up to take care of the service call set but the management company. So after 2nd day of no water, i bought the party and fixed it myself.

They are not reliable. I called and made an appointment and they never called or showed up.
