I reached out to Sewer Time after being in a house for 3.5 years with severe septic tank backups, as the homeowner I had no idea what the problem was and inherited it as a secret gift from the previous owner. The system that was onsite was reported to be from 1981 and had some sketchy notes in the permit application. Sewer time was able to come out to survey and diagnose my system’s problems, which turned out to be severe.

It was found that odd angles and adaptations had been made to the plumbing coming from my house, and that my septic tank was in hydraulic failure and was overwhelming the dry well that was installed in the 80s. It was also later found out during the dig that the back end of my actual septic tank precast concrete had a huge hole that was buried and concealed by the previous team. The diagnosis was to dig to the tank, repair any systems that could be repaired, and divert the drain into a new seepage pit. Bonus note, they were also able to repair my current septic tank and discouraged spending unnecessary money on a new tank.

Travis and Mike completed the entire job minus some small details, just the two of them. These guys are some of the kindest, most hard-working people I have ever met and some of the most reliable contractors. These two guys interacted with me and my family while we worked through this huge repair and were nothing but pleasant.

The scale of the job and the orientation of my backyard required a 14’ section of my brick wall to be removed to allow a larger excavator into the back yard to complete the job. I was concerned that it would be difficult to find and get another contractor to come for a small section repair like that, but Sewer Time was able to take care of the issue providing me with viable options to replace the wall or install a vehicle gate and was completed in a timely manner.

Overall, for how huge of a job this was and what a vital repair it was to my house and quality of life, I would 100% recommend using Server Time. These guys are legit.

The underground waste plumbing in our townhouse was falling apart. I guess it was older ceramic pipes. In any case, we obtained estimates for repair/replacement from several companies. The typical company, tears up the floor to get at the pipes in order to replace them. I went on-line and found an alternative to tearing up the floors called Ne Flow. They came out and took a video like the others. Their process involves lining the old system with a bladder then filling up the area with a epoxy that forms a pipe when it sets. I called some other companies in Tuscon that did similar technique and they said it worked well. The price was similar to the other companies but we did not have to tear up and replace the floor covering which can be very expensive! We had them do the process and they sent a final video showing the result. it looks great and we don't have any more waste issues. The company was excellent in customer service and when they found the did not have to do a clean out of some pipes, we received a credit on the price! They did not have to even tell us about that as we had no idea what they were talking about. All I can say, is they were very honest and reputable. I would highly recommend Nu flow!

Jesus called me and arrived on time and was very meticulous with diagnosing the problem. He found the cause of the clog which was from an old water softener system and cleared the blockages from our system. He was very professional and made some recommendations on how to permanently fix the clogging. I won't call anyone else after using them on this last project. I can't give enough positive accolades about this company. It started with the 1st phone call Is with Kailee To schedule a septic tank evacuation for a client. Kailees Knowledge base was impressive by itself. Cordial polite and very professional. When can you actually call A company and the 1st person that answers the phone not only knows the business but knows it very very well! I could go On just about Kailee herself. Now let's get into Gilbert and Jacob who came out to perform the work. Two very respectful, thoughtful, hard working and Is driven young men. They followed another company that was just out a month before that Did a horrible job. Gilbert and Jacob went the extra mile to Make sure the tank was cleared as it should be. If that was it I would have still appreciated their hard work. As Paul Harvey would say, here's the rest of the story. We had a very unique problem That called for the true extra mile. They attempted to snake the The leech line coming out of the septic tank. When they weren't able to get The snake to go into the line they literally dug all the way to the line. This was in the most difficult of circumstances. They were actually working on a septic tank that was covered by a concrete patio. At no point did they get discouraged. They worked as hard as one could for 5 hours. Not for a second did they think they could just pawn off the problem Because it wasn't in there exact scope. They had a great attitude the entire time no matter how difficit was.. I've been in the Is construction business for almost Is 40 years now. From Front office 2 to field work, Septic technologies is an old school company. Customer service, professionalism, respectfulness and Expertise is what this company is all about.

Absolutely worthless company. Have used them multiple times for both of my business locations. Never again! I called to schedule an appointment on Wednesday of last week. They were able to get me scheduled for Friday. Then Friday they called me to say they couldn't make it and needed to reschedule me for Saturday. They typically have a weekend fee of $150 that they said they would waive since it was their fault they couldn't make it out. Seemed very reasonable and although I was frustrated that they changed the appointment, I was ok with the arrangement. Fast forward to Saturday morning and I get a text telling me they are going to need to charge me the $150 weekend fee and that's just the way it is. I explained that whoever I spoke with told me the fee would be waived and they said no, my supervisor is saying that was a miss communication. I'm like good business is a miscommunication?? It's time to move on and find a more reliable and reputable company. Don't waste your time and money playing these scheduling games. Option one just went to option never!!!!!!

I'm in the midst of having a new septic system put in place, so it's ongoing, but the experience with Sophie and Lauren in the front office and Keith, the inspector, has been tremendous. Sophie and Lauren have been first-rate, very helpful and accommodating, and Keith, who inspected the entire current system, worked with unusual care and respect and answered my questions thoughtfully and with patience. I'm under some time pressure to get all this work completed, and everyone in the company seems willing to try to accommodate my needs in a flexible, cheerful manner. I highly recommend this company.

Prompt, isn't even the right word. The lady on the phone said 60 to 90 minutes and he was here in 10! Aside from being extremely knowledgeable, I wasn't even charged for the service call because it was something easy and didn't require work. We woke up to a leak in our water heater/HVAC/washer dryer area today and called This Plumbing Services. They got Johnny out to our house within an hour and a half. Johnny was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional, especially when it turned out that we're just new homeowners who didn't notice that the drainage hose from our HVAC was pinched. He explained everything to us as he was doing it, showed us what to watch out for in the future, gave us advice on how to maintain this drainage system (because the hose is not huge in diameter), and it was all for a reasonable price (especially on a Sunday). He got this all done quickly - what I thought was going to be an afternoon-long, bank breaking ordeal turned out to be quick and painless, thanks to Johnny!
