They did me a HUGE solid. I called them out for a leaking spigot in the back. I was going to replace it myself but I couldn't get the water main to shut off. I tried every tool and thought I might break it. Instead, I called these guys. Guy shows up in a few hours, takes one look and asked why not just use the secondary shut off that was attached to the spigot in the front. Flipped lever, water off. I'm an idiot. He said not to worry about this one and didn't charge me for showing up. That right there is amazing customer service and the way should be done. Easily could have charged me anyway. I will definitely call them again if I need any plumbing needs!!!

Where do I start...I am beyond impressed. During a home renovation project, I just so happened to puncture a water line with my nail gun...TWICE ??‍♀️ I didn't find until a couple hours later after returning home from dinner, that the floor was flooded. After listening for, finding and holding the hole for an hour after the main water shutoff wasnt working and realizing everything was closed and I had no further recourse, I called Parker and sons.Cue, STEVE!!!! He was there within 30 minutes (at MIDNIGHT!) and was the nicest, most knowledgeable helpful worker I have ever had the pleasure of coming across. He helped me to locate ANOTHER leak, fixed it on the spot and got me well on my way to showering off all my poor decisions, all without cutting into the newly installed shiplap wall. I cannot say enough nice things about him, if you have an emergency, Parker and sons (more specifically Steve with the viking hair) is the way to go. Thank you!

These guys are not only fast ( I had to have a hole dug in my kitchen because of pipe) I never thought the repairs would work (old house) let alone be so fast, and tidy. Truth is, I always switched plumbers due to bad experiences, finally I have a plumbing company that actually helps you and does the job. As a woman dealing with contractors you normally figure they are going to BS you - not these guys they actually help you. And go out of their way to get the job done affordably. While they are very nice people i felt i was way overpriced, while supplying everything except a 6 inch piece of copper i was charged approx. $300. hr. for labor which was more than double the estimates i had received from 2 other highly rated plumbing companies. In short i felt Gouged will not use again.

We had a personal issue happen that required us to get our upstairs toilet looked at to make sure it wasnt leaking into the floor.
They were able to get somebody out within the week. Frank was very professional and knowledgeable. Within a couple hours he had our toilet fixed with the peace of mind that it wasnt leaking into the floor. Frank also discovered that the shut of valve wasnt working properly and was able to fix that on the same visit.

Omg THE BEST EVER. Had an issue with a hot water heater that Joe installed a couple of months ago called him this morning here he came running all the way to Wickenburg to resolve the problem. The issue had nothing to do with the time consuming job Joe did previously it was due to lack off attention from my EMPLOYEES. He's awesome resolved the issue and was more than fair with me. I love this hardworking family they are fair honest & DEPENDABLE. More than I can say about the rest of the plumbing companies around.
