All.of the young men that works on my plumbing did an amazing job! They were careful and mind full of my property, cleaned up after themselve and didn't disturb my neighbors.

They were able to schedule an appointment for the day after I called. They showed up on time and were polite, professional, and fast working. I've only had the new water heater for a few hours, but no problems so far and I can notice a positive difference already. Not the cheapest option, but not overpriced at all.

I recently had GreenStar Plumbing's plumber, Ronnie, come out to unclog our drain line. He was very courteous and professional, and he identified the problem with their camera. He was done with the job in about half an hour and their prices were extremely reasonable. Sean is great! Fast friendly service! BUT the repair only lasted an hour or so!! My AC is NOT working AGAIN! I called for service and was told 1pm-4pm TOMORROW!?!? Elderly couple w/2 small double coated dogs in 88 degree house and climbing at 9pm! …I asked for a manager and the woman snickered!!! OMG! NOT HAPPY AT ALL RIGHT NOW! UPDATE— the Mgr DID call me last night & sent Sean back to give us a temporary fix until a senior tech could come this morning to find and repair/replace the issue! There’s the customer service I enjoy & believe all businesses should strive toward! Awaiting the repairman for the fix! Thx Chas Roberts
