Albert was great. Unfortunately my issue ended up being a bit more complicated than one visit could fix, but he did clear some space and even had an associate come out with a camera which they didn't charge me for. Luckily for me the issue was in a part of my pipe not located within my unit and my HOA footed the bill to tend to the issue using their own plumber. Otherwise I probably would have called Hero back. Patrick Riley called me for a free tune-up on February 14th after the tune up I decided to replace all the ductwork, it was a good price and I was very happy with it. Taurin/ Nicholas H . February 20th 8:30 pulled up in their truck ready for work. Both men wer very professional very knowledgeable they were both concerned about keeping the house clean. I've been a customer of Donley Service Center for over 20 years and will remain with them. Their service is professional, timely, excellent and courteous. Enis S. has been my Service Pro several times and is really great. He's very nice, soft spoken, very good at his job and always explains to me what he did and for what reason. If I am interested in obtaining another type of service from Donley, all I have to do is ask Enis and it's done. He sets up the appointment for me and I know everything will go very professionally. I wanted to write a review for Chas Roberts Air Conditioning. I recently went on vacation and when I was have fun with no cares in the world, My kids called and informed me that one of the air conditioners stopped working. Never fails that when your are on vacation, something happens. I called Chas Roberts and I have to tell you, they were amazing to work with. They called me back when they said they would, They found the part my unit needed in stock while the other companies I called, said it would take them days to get the part ordered and even longer to get it repaired. I had my unit up and running quickly. Much faster than what I even dreamed of! I completely understand that in this world today, you have manpower and raw material shortages so things may take a while but its how a company responds. They had the parts in stock, the provided exceptional customer service at an affordable price and I am an extremely happy customer. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

My downstairs bathroom sink required a completely new piping. When something valuable dropped down the drain, my boyfriend disassembled it but was unable to reassemble it. The entire structure was deteriorating and ancient. I dialled his number ( the very 1st plumber I found and read reviews about). I had a 9-11am appointment, but they arrived BEFORE the allotted time, which was fantastic. The components arrived quickly and were installed the same day! Very courteous, and considerate of my house. Wearing masks and protective footwear! The pricing was also reasonable. I would highly suggest them and would absolutely use them again if I need another plumbing work.

When my 22 year old electric water heater started to fail I started calling around to get quotes. I wanted to switch over to gas, we already had a line for it, but after speaking w several different companies I learned it might not be an easy swap. Scott’s quoted me the best price but let me know for an exact price they would have to come out to see what needed to be done to bring it to code. Although I had a bit of sticker shock I knew that any other company would end up being higher as well after they came and assessed what needed to be done.

The next day Jose came to do the install and went above and beyond my expectations! Not only did he install a beautiful new unit, he went beyond by reattaching my dryer hose that was previously detached and trapped behind the old water heater. I now have a pedestal so the dryer hose runs under and don’t need to worry about it becoming detached again.

I would recommend Scott’s AZ services to my best friend and have their card on my fridge for any future needs, they do a/c, plumbing, electrical and filtration.
