Best Repipe in Phoenix AZ

Spent $1400 for Robin's to install a high quality hot water heater, less than two years later the unit had a anode rod stripped by one of its techs during a replacement (after a few runs to O'reilly's for needed tools ?) and Robin's claims manufacturer defect. Robins won't stand behind the products they sell, but they will be happy to reinstall a replacement for about 70% of the cost of the initial. Robins suggests I pursue the manufacturer to cover reinstallation costs on the unit Robins sells/installs/maintains/breaks. Good idea - that'll work. Do yourself a favor and avoid lest they Rob you too.Review Edit: Lengthy reply by owner doesn't change the fact that $1900 dollars later I've got a defective hot water heater installed by Robins. I never asked for any work to be done for free ?; an additional ~$1000 is absurd though on a side note though. Robins, you don't get brownie points for being PAID to replace an anode rod and being unable to do so.

When I initially got in touch with Josh from Cobra, he quickly got me on the schedule for the following morning. I greatly appreciated the quick response time. Richard, the plumber that performed the service, kept in contact with me and explained the plumbing issue so I would better understand. Amazing customer service. After I contacted them they showed up at 8 the next morning. Already knew I needed a new AC unit and they were able to get me in 3 days later. Day of install they showed up at 8 and job was done at 11:30. Their whole crew was very polite and left my house cleaner than when they showed up. Highly recommend to anyone who needs HVAC or plumbing.

I had an exceptional experience with this company. Ramiro, Byanka and Kevin were all very respectful of my home. They were personable, friendly and very professional. They re-piped all the hot water lines in my attic and repaired drywall. I was told this could be up to a 3 day job but they got it done in 1 day. After the re-pipe and the drywall repair it looks just as it did the day we bought the home. You would never even know there was an issue. The texturing was perfect. I can't thank them enough. It was a very stressful road to travel with all the prior issues we had (not due to anything this company did) so sending the right people for this project was key to me. Ramiro, Byanka and Kevin I can't thank you enough! I would highly recommend them!

The company was great at scheduling to get my water heater installed ASAP. The two plumbers who installed my water heater were very professional and kept me informed of every step. They made sure everything was done properly and correctly, and gave me great tips to keep the best life of my new water heater. I couldn't have asked for better service.
