Alex was communicative, on-time, friendly, and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what needed to be done with confidence and efficiency. I needed an emergency repair late on a Sunday night and Autumn was professional and put me at ease over the stressful situation. Their prices are the best I’ve seen, and their after-hours prices were literally $100 less than the major companies. I’m putting out the word to call on the smiling red bird! We use Moon Valley Plumbing for ALL our home plumbing issues. They are the absolute best and we wouldnt trust any other company. Every tech that has come has been on time, knowledgeable and fixs the issue. They explain everything they are doing .Today Cole Russell came to work on our clogged sink. He did and Amazing job!! I recently had A.P.E.S. Come out to my place to repair a faulty garbage disposal which I’ve lived with for my entire lease 12 months because that just refused to send a real plumber then that young man showed up at my door, what a professional and polite man he was and he actually took the time to explain to me what the exact problem was he did this in such a timely manner it was wonderful, the only problem we had and I’m so sorry that my Bella just didn’t want him in our house and I apologize for her rudeness she has no social skills I’m afraid and is terribly spoiled no fault of my own of course lol but we will work on it . I was referred to Penguin air by a friend. A/C emergency and they were out within an hour. Jimmy was the technician and he was great. He was able to patch up our system to keep us cool until new system installation. I would recommend to friends and family.

Took over a week to get a call back to schedule. Then Tech showed up and did not call, so we did not receive service. When I called to reschedule, lady on phone was so rude and abrasive, decided not to even use this company. Terrible customer service.
