Matt was awesome and straight forward, finished the job kept me informed of all the work being done. There seems to be issues with scheduling but the tech Matt made up for the little short comings.

well. they had to open slab,dig out tons of dirt.Fix all the leaks and put up with me.i want to thank Josh,Chris, Alex, and Moses. They were working hard and still being upbeat, friendly,happy guys. they fixed every thing and keot the house as clean as they could. I had used Anthony's before and will use them again.

Mike came in yesterday to fix our dishwasher he was so polite and quickly got to fixing the dishwasher. We had little conversations here and, such a great guy.

As what normally happens, Fourth of July weekend rolls around and (Saturday) I step out into the garage to find it flooded; water gushing from the now defunct water heater. I have Old Republic insurance and I called them. They emailed Jay's Plumbing Service and AOC-Arizona Plumbing...In addition to the Old Republic email, I also called Jay's Plumbing and AOC-Arizona Plumbing and got recordings, left a message...That was Saturday, it's now Monday, still waiting on a phone call. (Thankfully I don't need them anymore!) Because I have an elderly parent living with me, this water heater had to be fixed the same day. I called Valleywide Plumbing. Matthew Kondrath answered (Yes, a real person answered the phone!) There was no B.S. with Matthew. He told me the time he would be out and how much the cost was to replace the water heater. No hidden fees or holiday up-charges were loaded into the cost. In fact, the cost was barely higher than what I had paid for the previous hot water tank eight years earlier. Matthew told me he had another job he was finishing up on. He said he would pick up the new hot water tank from his supplier and be at my property by noon (which, btw, was on the other side of town from where Matthew was working.) I felt like a ton of bricks had been lifted from my back when he said he would be out. Two hours later, Matthew was at my house at noon, right on time as discussed. He was kind enough to work with me and interact with the pain-in-the-neck Old Republic Insurance people needing tons of information in order to process a partial refund to me through my insurance. Matthew drained and hauled out the old, broken water heater. Put in the new one, did some pipefitting, wrote up the order/receipt and left around an hour or so later. All of this was in 110 degrees by the way. Matthew was pleasant, knowledgable, kind and efficient I had never used this company before, I will use them for any and all services they provide. Thank you Matthew for taking time out of your holiday weekend to help me and my family...it is truly appreciated and will not be forgotten.

I had taurin and nickolas install our new ac unit they did a amazing job and went through all equipment details and how everything works and how to work it properly must say hands down they where great highly recommend them for a new unit ( Patrick riley)

Excellent skills, the technicians also displayed a great deal of professionalism in their interactions with us and with the resident. They were courteous, respectful, and took the time to explain the work being done and answer any questions we had. It was clear that they take pride in their work and are committed to providing excellent customer service.

Travis was very professional and prompt. His estimate was fair and spot on. He and his crew fixed my drainage problem ahead of schedule! A real lifesaver!

I used them again, this time to unclog a sink at one of my tenants' homes. They were offered right away, with a selection of window times. The plumber accommodated the modification and spoke with me on a regular basis. He spent many hours with snakes ranging from garden to Anaconda, all while being monitored and commanded. They were really courteous and patient with the older renter, which I appreciated. And the cost was really affordable! Use these people! :)

I was really surprised when I called for service and they were able to get me scheduled the next day. The office was friendly, easy to communicate with and updating me. I like the text ability and the information sent on who would be here. Tomas was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly and he took all precautions to insure we were safe from Covid. Scott was very professional. He called and arrived when he indicated and gave us a very reasonable price for the work. I would highly recommend A Better Place and will say that we will be using Scott for any future work around our home.
