Just an all around outstanding experience using Imperial Windows to replace 14 windows with energy efficient windows and a large patio sliding door! From the sales experience to installation - 5 star rating - the windows are beautiful, have done everything we expected and the installation crew were fast, did a great job and left no mess behind. Sent in an information form to Anderson and received a call right back. Seems Good...Think not. Customer Service Rep was going to send me an catalog via email and have someone call me for an in home appointment. Neither happened so I called Pella and am moving in that direction. Guess they have more business then they need.
