Travis Rayburn came to service our house after we had a plumbing emergency with multiple backed up bathrooms. He was great, helped us locate our clean outs and was able to help clear our lines. Very professional and got the work done quickly. Even booked us a follow up. All in all, a very good experience.

Carter did a great job on my water softener installation. Worked hard for 6 hours straight as it was a big job. Installation looks nice, clean, works well. He was friendly and knowledgeable, and saved me money by finding a better way to route the pipes and do the installation.

I called at 9:56am on a Sunday morning. Brandon was here, found the leak, repaired it and was finished by noon!!! Great service from beginning to end. Will definitely use again!!!!!!

I scheduled an appointment because my AC was not working and it was urgent . These people entered my phone number wrong and canceled my appointment. What a terrible company and now I have to suffer due to their mistake !

They gave me a great quote and the work they did was phenomenal. You'd never even know they were there. They also left my house so clean and the process was much easier than I had anticipated. When seasonal service, Fall of 2020, was needed for our existing HVAC units, we had decided to make a change of service provider. After doing our research, we chose Hays Cooling Heating & Plumbing. The service tech's name was Dayton. He provided excellent and professional service, and answered all of our questions regarding age of units and current condition. There were no urgent repairs required.When deciding on our 2021 project goals, replacement of ouraging HVAC units was added to the list. Hays familiarity with the specific brand we prefer, provided an easy decision of who to contact first.Dayton had been chosen to return to have the discussion with us. We wanted to upgrade our units within the same brand. Dayton's excellent product knowledge, and recommendations based our specific wants and needs, provided us with confidence in our choice.This is a big investment. We appreciated his no pressure approach and professionalism....We are ready for the next step of the process!

CAUTION: Save yourself the money and headache & go with a different company! I called for a dust inspection and all the technician did was stay up on my roof and inspect my AC. Elmer Calderon didn't enter my home, or look at any of my ceiling vents to check for dust build up. He attempted to sell me a new condenser coil for $4500, and then tried to further it by telling me I need a new AC unit. I was quoted $1000 for duct cleaning service without even checking the ducting appropriately. I called them to get my refund for the tech coming out to inspect and I was met with slight push back at first, telling me they can see everything from the AC unit without entering the residence. I was ultimately refunded after a few calls and I ended up going with Stanley Steemer. This technician did in fact enter my home and check all of my ventilation both upstairs and downstairs to give me a much more reasonable quote compared to Penguin.

This company does excellent work and we're very polite. I highly recommend them!

In addition to locating and repairing the water leak, they also tested the walls to look for moisture. Once detected, they contacted a business partner that was able to get out the next morning to remove the mold and clear the damage. All very quick and professional!

I manage a vacation rental for the owner (my sister) who lives in another state. We have guests who had booked for several weeks, but were having big problems with the a/c during this terrible heat. We tried several times to contact our previous service, but when they finally arrived they did not correct the problem (but said they did), and did not respond to follow-up calls. Fortunately, our neighbors recommended Day & Night, who responded immediately and had a tech out here in hours. He found the problem, knew exactly what he was doing, and went right to work - no going to get parts, etc. He not only diagnosed the problem quickly, he FIXED it on the spot. His presentation, courtesy, knowledge and work ethic were outstanding, and this will definitely be the a/c company we will use for ourselves and our guests, and recommend to our neighbors.

Scott is a great plumber & electrician. I am so lucky to have found such a reliable and honest professional. His prices are the best on the market, he's always on time, works very professionally and really knows about his stuff! Plus he always goes the extra mile by leaving the place even cleaner than what it used to be! He's done a lot of works with my home and I couldn't be happier I hired him.

Returned call within 15 minutes and had a repairman at the house in under an hour. Tyler and Cameron were both professional and informative. Work was completed quickly and professionally.
