Definitely without question finally found a good company I can refer out when people ask! Called because my kitchen outlets weren’t working. They came out the same week, replaced the gfi that was bad/ showed me the cracks in it and how old it was- also showed me where my other gifs were and how to reset them if I were to ever lose power in them again! They were also very reasonably priced!! 5 stars in my book!

We used Watt Masters to replace many outlets, switches & ceiling fans in our home. They showed up on time when they said they would. The electrician was awesome! He was super nice, clean cut & professional. After taking a look at the items they gave me an honest and very fair price which they stuck too even after the jobs took quote a bit longer than expected. (That is rare! Other electricians we've used tack on extra fees or hours after the fact. Watt Masters kept their word!)
My husband and I were very impressed, will totally use them again and will definitely be referring them to any friends or family that ask for a referral.

I have called on Penguin Air & Plumbing for the last 3 years and I’m amazed that every single time I have needed them they FAR exceed my expectations. Their professionalism, service, prompt response, knowledge and attention to detail is far superior to other service providers. One example of their exceptional service was tonight, a Friday night in the middle of summer when my family and I came home to find our AC unit not working. I called their number expecting to leave a message in hopes of getting an appt first thing Saturday morning. But to my surprise they answered and even at 9:00pm, they scheduled a technician to come get it back up and running as part of their normal service they provide. Ryan Franco was my service technician and he was very professional, personable, very thorough in explaining what the issues were and what the plan would be. Never in any of my experiences with this company have I ever felt that they were upselling me or telling me I needed something that I didn’t. Sadly I’ve had that situation from other AC companies I’ve used previously. I have recommended Penguin Air to multiple people during these past 3 years and highly recommend them to anyone looking to utilize their services.Will, the company owner has built an amazing team and formed one of the most well respected companies in a service industry. As a business owner myself, I am always impressed with companies who continue to excel year after year and who have employees that are so passionate about what they do. I used Fixer recently to make repairs related to a home sale. The technician was on time, asked questions to clearly understand the day’s objectives and used his time wisely. His work was excellent and I’ll definitely use Fixer in the future.
