Every time I schedule an appointment for my 1 day off a week way ahead of time, they cancel and tell you to reschedule for a day you have clearly told them you will be working. EVERY TIME like fool me 5 times in a row ill write a review and use someone else

Springs Plumbing installed some outdoor faucets for me. Their price was reasonable and their work was clean and swift. I had to delay their arrival and they did their best to accommodate me. I would use them again.

We're reletively new homeowners, and we noticed a leak in our 13 year old water heater, so we called out to All Hours Plumbing. It wasn't a big leak, so we scheduled to meet the next day. James went out of his way the night we called to make sure there wasn't any major damage and to show us how to turn off the water. He was very helpful in showing us the basics, answering our questions, and getting us set up with a new water heater. Overall, we are very satisfied with the service!

Highly satisfied with WHO, Inc from the original contact with Paul to the installation tech Don S. The installation service was efficient and professional. Don S provided good information to us during the installation process. The result was a much better set up than the original water heater we replaced. Whitton was the servicing company for our builder. We've had them to our house a couple times for various issues. On time and did a good job. I would use them for my own needs after the builder coverage is over.

we had a gas leak coming from our stove but were afraid that it might have been something like a cracked gas pipe coming into the house. RP was out to our house the very next day and found that the issue was with our stove and not the piping.
Luis was prompt, thorough, and extremely helpful. he found the source of the problem and made sure that we were only charged for the 1/2 hour (when he easily could have taken longer and we would not have known the difference).

When our counter that they had made and installed developed a crack in it, they said it was because a crockpot we had used was excessive heat, so they wouldn't repair it. This was a standard crockpot, not a charcoal grill. Even when talking to one of the installers about the situation being a little ridiculous after all money the kitchen cost, he agreed. But of course there was nothing that could be done about it.
