I said OK and he completed the job from start to finish in about 40 minutes. He also was very neat and cleaned up the area quickly. Great job. Very pleased with using DiamondBack Plumbing. Called Paul about 10a and he was at my home by noon. He inspected the problem made some recommendations, then started the work. There was a lot of damage but he corrected several errors made by the previous plumber and instructed me in what I needed to do after he left. He finished the job in just a couple of hours and the charges were more than reasonable...from all he had to do I expected the bill to be much higher than it was.

All in all he did a great job, showed me what he was doing and explained why it needed to be done.

Wow is all that I have to say about Nick and Norfleet plumbing. I called the office to inquire about a tankless water heater. After hearing all of the pros and cons, I decided against it and went with a regular water heater. Melanie gave me all of the information and did not try and sway me one way or the other. My parents were visiting when the water heater went out so it was really bad timing. Nick understood my dilema and bent over backwards and forwards to help resolve the situation. We had to uninstall the old heater, wait for the restoration company to come and then reinstalled when things were dry for a couple days. Then we had to uninstall and let them do the dry wall work. Nick was very helpful as the timing for everyone’s schedules did not always align but he always made it work. If you want an honest, dependable, affordable Plummer look no further as nobody can top the service that Norfleet plumbing provides. And they are a family business so you are supporting local!
