I’m a very happy customer.First, I scheduled for a few days ahead of time to make arrangements at work to allow me to be home. Not 20 minutes later I got a call from their office and they cheerfully offered service the next day, a Saturday. Their service tech was on time and very knowledgeable.Second, not only did we take care of the reasons I called, but also set up a schedule for future maintenance and suggested upgrades.
