Best Electronic Leak Detection in Phoenix AZ

I had a water heater break and leak while out of town and called Parker & Sons for service. I had the pleasure of dealing with Isaac Wilkinson, Max Dillwood, and Jake (apprentice). They were excellent at putting me at ease in a very stressful situation, were extremely courteous, professional, and punctual. They diagnosed my problems, provided multiple options and advice for repairs, and worked very efficiently once service started. Walked me through repairs as they completed them so I had a full understanding of what happened from beginning to end. Cleaned up after themselves. Would recommend them to anyone and I am extremely happy I used Parker & Sons.

The guy that came out was quick professional and a great worker we will be using them at all times.

We had some plumbing issues with the sum pump. The plumbers came out out with uniforms and acted very professionally. They were able to diagnose the problem, provide an estimate and fix the issue on the same day. The manager is very reasonable and willing to listen. I really appreciate their service!

So I had an issue with my toilet the water tank was leaking water because of the o-ring where bad so the water was leaking. I called Pruitt plumbing LLC to repair the leak. They got here and fix that issue! but they did not place the flushing handle back the way it supposed to work now I have to place the flushing handle back to a stop the water from running with out stop. I called the company and they lady who takes the calls told me that I should have checked before their Plumer left the house. I paid for them to fix the issue not for me to be the repair guy. So she just hung up on me. After they take my money that’s the kind of service I get.

Had an issue with my fridge where the water was coming out of the back of the water dispenser on the freezer door. Brett and Destry came out within 24 hours so my kitchen wouldn’t flood. They were professional and very nice. Even interacted with my kids. Which most techs just ignore them. If I need any other repairs I hope this company gets contracted out to help me!!

Very knowledgeable! Came late as we had no water pressure and it was a bit of an emergency. He immediately knew what are problem was and dealt with it. Extremely professional!! Will absolutely use again.

Valleywide needed to enter my property to repair a drain line in a condo on another floor of a high-rise. It was a complicated issue, and in the end Valleywide did a fantastic job, I even had the owner come out and speak with me and apologize. Very professional.

Contacting the yesterday afternoon about a failed water heater and they made an appointment for 9-10 the next morning on a Sunday. The tech Evan called 30 min ahead as promised and even asked if he could arrive 20 min early which was perfect for me.Evan was courteous efficient and had it replaced much faster than expected.Terrific service!

When our counter that they had made and installed developed a crack in it, they said it was because a crockpot we had used was excessive heat, so they wouldn't repair it. This was a standard crockpot, not a charcoal grill. Even when talking to one of the installers about the situation being a little ridiculous after all money the kitchen cost, he agreed. But of course there was nothing that could be done about it.

Very pleased with Norfleet Family Plumbing. Nick did an excellent job with replacing our water heater in a timely and efficient manner along with answering all of my questions I had for him. Nick was great and I highly recommend Norfleet Family Plumbing!
