A/C stopped working, called on a Saturday morning and tech was out that afternoon. System was installed new by Parker & Sons 4 years ago, still under warranty. Tech did not have part to make the repair, was going to order it and give me a status report on Monday morning. Then tech tried to sell me on a surge protector for the HVAC system. Said it was necessary but could not tell me why they didn't install one when they first put the system in. If it was that necessary, why wasn't it installed then? Of course, got no answer. Received no call on Monday. Called first thing Tuesday to get a status, was told they had received the part on Monday and are ready to finish the repair. Tech came out on Tuesday afternoon and finished. Was then informed that there was a $95 charge that was called a "deductible". First explanation was that we did not do the necessary system inspections and that's why we were being charged. I informed the tech that inspections were done and paperwork could be produced. Inspections were done by another company due to lack of professionalism from Parker & Sons. Second explaination for the charge was due to the cost of location and picking up the needed part, the part that was under warranty. Paid the charge and called the CS rep that I initially talked to, was given his voice mail. Still waiting for a call back, it's been over a week. I've been told that I must buy an inspection package thru Parker & Sons or the remaining 6 years on the warranty will be null and void. I have talked to four people there to try and explain all the reasons for my disatisfaction (we have had other garbage work done by them), but nobody cares to listen. I am frustrated with the lack of professionalism, lack of quality work, constant upselling of unnecessary products and services, no returning of phone calls and upper management indifference. I figure I have 6 more years of them holding me hostage before I can deal with a company that cares more about their customers.

I was able to schedule a service time and date with ease. Service man was prompt, informative, very personable and efficient. I was able to get a septic tank pumping appointment within a couple of days. I was happy to pay a fee for them to dig, I'm getting too old for all of that. The technician was very professional, he also looked in to see if I had a single or double chamber tank because part of it is under a concrete slab. Good information to know for future intervals. I highly recommend this company's services.

Quick fast and got the job done

I had a leaking problem in the extended portion of my garage. One Guard contacted Pruitt Plumbing. Mike Pruitt arrived Friday, and after conducting a check, thought I had a slab leak. Mike arranged to be back on Tuesday, the soonest he was available. He quoted me a price of $1,500 out of pocket. Mike arrived promptly on Tuesday morning, and after conducting a thorough leak test he found the source of the leak. It was a pipe leading to one of my water bib on the side of my house. Having 2 other ones, Mike suggested to cap the bib thus eliminating having to run a whole new line. The whole cost of the job was a little over $300. I appreciate Mike's honesty, and will use Pruitt Plumbing again, if needed. You have one very happy & satisfied customer.

We had multiple plumbing companies bid on clearing roots from our blocked sewer line.



The famous RR came and couldn’t clear it charging us over $600. RR suggested trenching with a guarantee for over $12000 & hydro-jetting with hesitation for $1600. They implied trenching was the better way to go.



We contacted Peerless who came with camera and equipment, did an amazing job clearing the roots from my lines and fully documenting the work with a full before and after video.



Peerless saved us in many ways including saving us thousands of dollars and days of time. I can’t say enough good things about Peerless.



This repair has held up over time as it was done in late spring.

I had two sinks that were backed up on New Years Eve and needed fixed ASAP due to the party I was having. I called George Brazil around 10AM and they showed up within an hour of my call. Due to my home being built in the 50’s and had no clean out I was charged $498.00 for the service call. The service man was onsite for 1 hour and was very knowledgeable. I believe in paying for what you get, but this is expensive. The only reason for giving 3 stars is due to the price.After posting this, the billing manager Amy reached out to me to go over the charges and she confirmed that the charge was accurate. To my surprise Amy offered me a discount to help offset the cost. Thank you George Brazil for your kindness.

Chris and his staff are amazing. They have helped us out with a huge leak that needed instant attention since it was leaking all over our bathroom. He was able to add us in his schedule on a busy Friday afternoon. He seems to go the extra mile and called back a couple day's later to see if everything was ok on our end. Thank you Chris!
