We were having issues with a home inspection report and Alex came out and was able to quickly resolve the disputes by dropping a camera down the sewer line and provided us with a thorough inspection. Turned out we had a damaged sewer line, under our patio area, caused by tree roots. We schedule the pipe replacement to be done the following week. Alex and his co-worker showed up on time, completed the work as planned, and on schedule, and also provided us with an excellent referral for the concrete repair.

Minus one star: be prepared to wait. Smallest window of arrival is 4 hrs. Both times, my initial arrival window was 8am-2pm, which switched to noon-5pm the business day prior (=taking the entire day off). You can call the day of for your general position in the arrival window, and Pruitt's will call you about 10-30min before the technician arrives.

Omg THE BEST EVER. Had an issue with a hot water heater that Joe installed a couple of months ago called him this morning here he came running all the way to Wickenburg to resolve the problem.
