Allen with Springs Plumbing showed up on time for the estimate. We were adding a gas line into the kitchen. He was very professional and reasonably priced, showed up on time to do the work. Excellent experience with this company. I run a large real estate business and he will get all my future business.

Andrew was great. I called Champion Plumbing for a second opinion after I got a $12,000 quote from another unethical plumbing company. while I still needed a significant repair it is a fraction of the cost of the other company and a lot less destruction of my personal property. He made sure he explained everything so I understood the problem and suggested repair. Glad I got the second opinion.

Lance, Eric ,Saul, and Wyatt did a great job on the trenchless plumbing, and were very respectful of the property and us.

Awful! Complete scammers. Took advantage of my elderly mother. Charged her a ridiculous amount of money to repair her water heater. Avoid this company! Complete jerk when we tried to find out exactly what he was doing and why he was charging almost $900 to repair an old water heater.

We submitted a maintenance request through our apartment portal on Thursday, May 12 after some issues going on with our toilet.

I was contacted that afternoon by Aaron @ Plumbrite, who left me a quick, detailed message. I gave him a call back and he informed me that he had availability tomorrow morning - which is nearly unheard of! Aaron was on time and communicative about his arrival. After his initial inspection, he let me know what he saw and what he was going to go.

Within TWO HOURS the issue had been resolved and Aaron was out of the door. What incredibly professional, clean & respectful service. Would 10/10 recommend Aaron and the team at Plumbrite.

Karl came out to look at my unit. He was on-time honest and did not try to repair the unit and then say I needed a new one. He gave options for repair or replace. He was professional with everything. Went with replace since it was the better choice. Karl contacted Bill to take care of finance the next day. The new unit was installed on time and runs great. Hays has my business since they did not try to sell me an over priced unit. When it is 114 outside in AZ you want an honest company. Recommend to my neighbor already.Update on review: today I had a quality check to make sure I was happy with my unit. George came out and was great, professional and asked if I had any questions. Unit is running great and place is cool. I have recommend company to a former co worker and one of my bosses . Great job

Blue Plumbers exceeded our expectations. Technician was very professional and provided a thorough explanation of the work that needed to be done, as well as answering additional questions. Although their estimate was lower than other companies, the level of service we received was top-notch.
