Hay's Tech (Ideal) was just here and gave the system a once over, from the attic to unit outside. One valve in the attic had to be readjusted (not replaced) and everything else was working fine. Unit is working fine.My thanks to Hay's AC and Heating. thank youRM

We had a great experience with Joshua at AZ Valley Heating and Cooling, LLC I had my mother's home recently serviced where he did repairs about 6 months ago in September 2022 and he did an outstanding job, in fact he was referred by another AC company since Joshua does excellent work on the Trane brands and we were very pleased. His price was very reasonable. He provided excellent quick yet thorough service and was very polite and efficient and is very knowledgeable.

Today I had my mothers 2 AC's serviced at that same home and another home serviced that I own and I did not know the condition of the other AC, only that it was 10 years old as I've been renting the home. He cleaned the outside coils and gave me a complimentary service and I was really surprised and pleased that he did that work at no charge as its the first time I utilized him for that home . He had photos of the AC unit before work was done so I could see clearly that there was an issue . He replaced the valve at no charge. He also spent a lot of time cleaning the exterior coil and the service was $59 you cannot go wrong with that price!

He spent a lot of time at both homes, about 2 hours at each home, and I will definitely use him again. He gave me great info on the history of the AC unit, and estimate of how many years I had left on the unit if we did annual service and overall it was really fantastic.

I've used other companies in the past 15 years with my rentals and I've had inconsistent results, and had to change companies all the time, but with the 2 times we've experienced with Joshua at AZ valley heating and cooling, LLC, he's been prompt, efficient and really cares about doing a job well done, so he's going to be my go to AC company from now on. Also, he's not constantly trying to sell you a new AC. I appreciate his honesty! Thank you and I hope this review gives you even more customers because you've earned the great review! Update: Ilya came out and the fridge appears to be fixed for now.

I really didn’t want to have to leave this review but we have spent over $2k (which I thankfully have been able to get a warranty to cover) with Ilya on two trips to fix our fridge and it is still leaking water inside. Been reaching out to him since June to get it fixed for good and he has continued to push off getting answers and fixing it. I’ll update when and if it gets fixed.

ENRIQUE & ABEL just left my house and they did amazing! in less than 5 hours they took out my huge old ac and put in an all new one on the roof and installed new duct work and vents. They got the new system up and running perfectly and they left no mess behind! The only evidence that they were here is the nice cold air blowing from the vents. These guys and this company are amazing and they work at a top notch level and function with military precision! I will be a lifetime customer and refer them to everyone that we know.
