Firstly, this review is for Landmark Home Service, not Pruitts plumbing.

I cannot say more bad than good but it certainly could have been better. So far, I have attempted to find the BEST of THE BEST, as of today I have NOT. They all appear to be just in it for the money. My current one LANDMARK claims to beat out all the competition, to me they fall into the average slot. I was told by the agent at LANDMARK upon asking for help that my 30 gal water heater can only be replaced with the same size 30 gal,

so answer me this, the service tech told me they do not make 30 gal water heaters anymore. So, even tho my contract states the following;

4. PLUMBING SYSTEM

COVERED: Gas or electric water heaters up to 70 gallons (multiple units covered), including but not limited to failure caused by

sediment; tankless water heaters;

I'm a bit perplexed, I want a company that not just talks the talk but will walk the walk and stand behind every word in the contract not find little loop holes to crawl through. I pay on average nearly 700 dollars a year for this service and on top of that a 70.00 fee immediately for the service call.

So, don't you think when I placed my first call for help I'd receive a fast, and a somewhat empathetic Landmark agent not one telling me that I might get charged another 70 dollar service call because the plumber needs to return to my home because the problem was not fixed right in the first place? Isn't there any company out there that stands upright doing the right thing??

I called Nu Flow Phoenix due to a plumbing emergency... a broken water pipe which they assessed the damage and stated it would cost north of five thousand... to repair a hole in a copper pipe three inches under ground. After hearing the cost I repaired the problem in less than an hour!! Thanks Nu Flow Phoenix for price gouging!!!

I couldn't recommend this team any more for those that need a whole house Repipe. We have a house in Ahwatukee that was laden with Polybutylene (gray pipes) that are known to burst close the the T taps after awhile. We didn't want to have to ever deal with that, nor the inspection findings if we ever sell the house. We called Arizona Integrity Plumbing and man were they so much cheaper than all the other plumbers we called, by over 50%.

They had to shut the water off for a about a day when they were cutting over to the new PEX pipes, but we were mostly out of the house, so it wasn't a big deal at all. When the walls were opened up we had them install some new shower valves since ours were over 30 years old. It turned out so well, even though there were some mishaps along the way. It was so nice to have everything done by this company instead of subcontracting out drywall and painting work, they literally did it all. Such an awesome process to see. I included some pictures of the process, but rest assured that everything is patched up, textured and painted like it never happened.

The team that came to my house was over the top professional, friendly and knew their stuff. They tackled all the challenges along the way with grace and kindness. I couldn't have asked for a better Team than Alex, Romero, Bianca and Alby. Amanda was extremely helpful with every phone call as well. I had some questions how they are so cheap compared to the other plumbers and the owner Kelly told me about all the experience he had and how he cross-trains his team to make it he best value out there.

Great service, i called for something that was not urgent and the came next day. They fixed my problem and went the extra mile helping with other small thing. I recommend.

Travis and his crew are great. They have replaced an outside hose bib, water heater and fixed a couple of water hookups under my kitchen sink. Both on short notice and for reasonable prices, quality of work is high and comparable to more expensive plumbers. I called three and went with Moon Valley - they just came across as plumbers, not salesmen.
