Shower valve gave up and I couldn’t shut off the water going full blast into a tub. I had to shut down the water to the home, but due to a very recent and painful surgery I needed the water back on ASAP and unable to do it myself. P&S jumped on it and scheduled us for a very fast response. Michael was here by 2:00 pm and by 2:30 our issue was repaired. Polite, efficient and professional company and employees. They may cost a bit more than others, but they made up for it in several ways. A huge thank you to everyone.

This was the most positive experience I've had with a contractor vendor ever coming into my house. All Hours Plumbing LLC is phenomenal company. Sunday night at 8:00 pm we had major drain clog in the house; bathtub ,showers ,toilets, backing up and overflowing.. within 40 minutes of calling All Hours Plumbing LLC, they responded to our house, unclogged our drain and suggested recommended follow-up services. The tech that came out was extremely knowledgeable, extremely professional, and very diligently listened to our concerns. Our drain was cleared in a timely manner, no after service mess to clean up...You have earned my repeat business... Highly recommend this company for anyone who may have Plumbing needs.

Above and beyond the call of duty. Tom not only did a thorough regular service check today in the 122 degree attic, but also provided lots of helpful hints (down to a great Jersey hot dog location!) that I will be putting into practice as soon as I get home from the store. His ideas will keep my house running cool, smooth and efficient! I'll be requesting Tom for my next check up.We haven't lived in AZ for long and all but one other contractor has been a nightmare from beginning to end. Paul at American Discount Plumbing is very knowledgeable and reliable. He came out to our house right away to check out our hot water heater that was leaking. He quoted us a great price (compared to another large plumbing company) on both the parts and installation for a tankless water heater and also a whole house water treatment system. He was very pleasant to work with and always showed up or called when he said he would and was careful to make sure the job was done right. We ended up having him also replace a 2nd water heater in our RV garage as a preventative measure. The tank would not flush as there was too much sediment build up from not flushing on a yearly basis. My mom also had her hot water heater replaced by Paul and he installed and plumbed her BBQ island sink. She was very pleased with his work also. We definitely recommend Paul and American Discount Plumbing.

I am going through the process of some sewer line repairs and having our house sewer relined, and so far they have been great!

The price was honestly more than I hoped, but there were also more work needed than I initially wanted(this was confirmed by several companies) and they are well worth the price. We signed a contract for a 3 day job and twice we got rescheduled for earlier than expected so now we are going to be done before our initially expected start date.

During day 1 they found that part of the job would not need to be soon, which saved some money, but also found some unexpected damage underneath. In the end even with an update to the job our price remained the same. Both crews that came out were professional and friendly.

Throughout the process they have had great communication and have done great work. We have 1 last expected day of work, I will update if anything changes. I would highly recommend getting a quote and going with them.

Travis came out for a clog I had which my sinks were draining slow and within an hour he got them working again, very clean and professional. Definitely will use Neel's plumbing again!

When our counter that they had made and installed developed a crack in it, they said it was because a crockpot we had used was excessive heat, so they wouldn't repair it. This was a standard crockpot, not a charcoal grill. Even when talking to one of the installers about the situation being a little ridiculous after all money the kitchen cost, he agreed. But of course there was nothing that could be done about it.

Charged me $318 for drain clean that took 30 minutes on one of my rental properties. Also drilled a hole in the metal drain and left jagged edges exposed. Took my credit card ahead of job and never called with a quote to fix. Just did the job and charged me. Was very unhappy with the service and very high price. Wouldn't recommend at all.

Omg THE BEST EVER. Had an issue with a hot water heater that Joe installed a couple of months ago called him this morning here he came running all the way to Wickenburg to resolve the problem. The issue had nothing to do with the time consuming job Joe did previously it was due to lack off attention from my EMPLOYEES. He's awesome resolved the issue and was more than fair with me. I love this hardworking family they are fair honest & DEPENDABLE. More than I can say about the rest of the plumbing companies around.
