Had Day and Night out to service our heat pump/ air conditioning and wow what a great job done by Tim the service technician. I highly recommend Day and Night and Tim along with Angela in the office who was my first point of contact.I have used other service companies in the past but these guys are so much better. We also used them over a year ago for clogged main drain and they were out right away solving the problem. This company still believes in customer service unlike most of the companies today!! Chris and Tom were very professional taking care to cover their shoes before entering our home. They protected our counters and flooring before beginning their work. Raul Gallardo of ProForce Plumbing was professional, well spoken, and here when we needed him! He explained everything we needed and repaired a clogged outdoor main. The job required digging a deep hole, cutting the existing pipe and removing the obstruction. Raul did all of this in a timely manner and replaced the landscape so you would never know it had been disturbed. The price was great as well.

Centurion was sent to us by our home warranty. Troy came out on a Sunday to rescue us from overflowing toilets. He was here within 2-hours of the home warranty company calling him. Don't know what all these 1-star reviews are about, but for us; his customer service was spot on, appearance was clean & professional, and he kept us informed the entire time. Most importantly...the backed up plumbing that almost sent us to hotel, was fixed!

Called with a plumbing emergency due to sewage backflow. Even though they advertise 24/7 the lady that answered the phone said she had to wake up one of the technicians. Supposedly, they would call me back within 10 minutes. 4 hours later I contacted someone else.

We have had these folks out for plumbing issues more than once over the years. They respond quickly, answer questions directly and fully, and give great advice. No hard sell. Highly recommended (particularly Gerald))
