We had Andrew come over and do maintenance and install ducts and cut some holes for new returns. They were on time, positive attitudes and cleaned everything up completely after. He even touched up a small crack in our drywall as he was leaving. Great service

Scott Acy of A Better Place, LLC is the person to call for help around the house. He does a great job and he's a nice guy. I needed a small plumbing repair and he fixed it correctly and quickly. He has a wealth of knowledge and he is very well-mannered. He arrived on time and looking presentable plus he did not leave a mess. I will definitely use him again.

They were quick to respond on a Saturday. Discovered roots in my sewer line after running a camera down the line, but were able to clear the clog for now. Will need a new sewer line soon.

I wish I would have been told realistic pricing up front. Over the phone the girl said it'd be 79.99 for the tech to come out and see what was going on and if any parts were needed, the 79.99 would go towards the recommended parts. It ended up being 300$ without any parts needed. The tech went in the attic, looked at the unit and determined some insulation had been sucked in. He removed it, checked some other things out restarted the unit, waited to make sure it was working, made his respectable pitch and charged me for an hours worth of labor ($300).Did they come out same day? Yes.Did they show up when expected? Yes.Was the tech knowledgeable, professional, and nice? Yes, no complaints there!Did the problem get fixed? Yes.I just wish the girl over the phone would have set a better expectation of pricing up front.

Gabriel and Manny came to my place for my problem with my shower spouts. Both guys were pros and answered every question I have. Upon assessment they noticed that my problem is an easy fix, so they just advised me what to do and they didn’t even charge me for their time and expertise. Really appreciate the help. I am maintenance technician with an apartment complex in Peoria. I can tell you that they do not respond after hours and their emergency service that’s supposedly 24/7 does not exist. I have had sewer backups and piping issues go unanswered for days forcing us to call out a different, less preferred vendor. When work finally does get done it suspect at best. From one professional giving comment about another business, I would recommend you use someone else.

I decided to use family owned Wild West Plumbing Co after seeing many online referrals from Scottsdale Living Facebook group. The owner Mitch (wearing his cowboy hat!) came out to give me a quote on replacing an old water softener and a shower cartridge. I appreciated the time he spent explaining everything along with a providing a few options. Scheduling was a breeze and the technician Brent did a great job with the installs. He ended up having to drive to 5 stores to find my particular shower cartridge but he took that in stride as he was determined to finish the job that day. I am happy to support this smaller (and newer) family owned business. Having had some less than stellar experiences from some “well known” plumbing companies, bigger is not always better.

Just saw Beall's had only 1 review on here, and I've been using them for nearly 15 years now. One of the Beall's brothers did an outstanding job on a water main replacement and repiping the entry to my 70 year old house about 6 or 7 years ago. Was a long haul, and he gave me a superb break for having it trenched already, and the pipe layout and fitting was outstanding. Longer than that, they've been my go-to guys for drain snaking and more, and they always do a great job at a reasonable price. Better than that, they're in the Creighton community, and right down the street from my house in Arcadia Light. Nice to have somebody in the hood.

If it’s possible to give this place a lower rating I would. They sent out a “contractor” that couldn’t have been older then a teenager for a leak in our shower. He then said he needed a spare part and would come back the following Tuesday (it was a Friday at this point). He essentially ghosted us, and then told our home warranty company the wrong information so we will be double charged. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
