Shocked at the good reviews. They tried to charge $1600 for 2 hours of work for a leaking pipe. When I questioned it and asked for the price book as their website says they all stick to, he offered $1200. They wouldn’t give an itemized bill and wouldn’t explain the $1200. It’s $600 an hour and just taking advantage of the situation. There are just better options that charge even $300 an hour but aren’t nearly as shady.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Abraham from Greenstar Plumbing. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain all the steps he was taking to fix the problem. He was very patient and answered all my questions in detail. He was also very affordable and I would recommend him and the company to anyone in need of plumbing services.

They were friendly, homest, fair and bent over backwards to help us out. They have now become our go to company for anything that ever goes wrong with the plumbing in our home. I'm very pleased with the service I received from Amigo. The call was place thru Choice Warranty and Santos was at my home the very next morning to diagnose my garbage disposal. As I thought, it was broken and needed to be replaced, which Santos took care of at the appointment time.
Santos was great and my new disposal is performing well. Amigo and Santos are very knowledgeable and professional ... I wouldn't hesitate to refer them!!

Although they were not my warranty carrier they came out and assessed the problem. Sky was a perfect gentleman.

I use this plumbers as he was assigned to me through American Home sShiel. I called him for a whole week and then finally answered my phone call on February 5th and came out on February 6th. He looked at my jacuzzi tub and said that access panel was not near the motor and would have to pay $200 for him to put in a new access panel closer to the motor. He said he had to order a part for the air hose and faceplate and would have an appointment with me in 2 weeks. After a month no return phone call from him. ThenTI texted him and called him daily. After two days he finally answered the phone. He said he just got back from a Hawian vacation with his whole family and was not at work mode yet. He couldn't recallrwho I was. I informed him about what happened with my jacuzzi tub and how he was going to call American Home sShiel to get new access panelcovered since I already have access. He said he would do that and call me back that night. He also acknowledged receiving my voice messages and text despite previously saying he never got them. A week later I haven't heard back from him. I'm so fed up with this unreliable man who should not be on a home warranty service contract.
