I had purchased the Silver maintenance package and wish to personally thank Derek Franke, technical service person, who came to my home on Tuesday, April 9, 2019. He arrived promptly, identified himself and did a thorough, professional and informative maintenance service. I would HIGHLY recommend both Day and Night, as well as Derek Franke for your heating and cooling needs. Additionally, we replaced two units two years ago and honestly have seen our electric bills decreased by one half. Honesty and customer concerns rank at the top of the scale for this company.

We used Qualtaire for our studio bathroom remodels and WOW! What a transformation! Since then we have gone back for a kitchen remodel and all our regular maintenance. Quality and service is unmatched. Very happy customer.

I had such a great experience working with Tom for the two repairs needed at my home. Tom arrived on time and was extremely friendly and professional. He took his time making sure that his work was thorough and correct. Without asking, he even added extra notes to my invoice as he knew I would be submitting it to the city for reimbursement. Scott has provided great customer service for a lot of people in my network. After hearing them rave about his work, I felt comfortable choosing him as my HVAC tech. He did not dissappoint! If you want integrity, knowledge and quality work for a great price Scott is your man!

The technician showed up on time and wore booties and a mask even though
I told him it was not necessary.

He took pictures of the work which I needed because the repairs are at
the buyer's request.

I would use them again if I were not moving out of state.

The only downside is that to clean up the mess he made when he cut out
part of the valve he used the squeegee I keep in the steam shower to clean the floor. There now are metal flakes embedded in this squeegee.

I didn't notice it until I got into the shower but there were metal particles and some plaster still on the floor. It would have been better if he had asked for a broom and swept it up while it was still dry

This is the 2nd time I have called and had Amigo Rooter and Plumbing come to my house to fix something. Both times they have been polite, knowledgeable and professional. They investigate what the problem is and explain what needs to be done. Their price for service is reasonable. You get what you pay for. Professionals are worth it. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing issues.

ACE came out for a yearly inspection of our unit and Joshua, the service person was great.We needed our ducts cleaned, and I had been interested in an air purifying system so was happy to hear that ACE could help us with both of those items. Joshua set up the additional services and now that everything has been completed, we are extremely happy. ACE's knowledgeable service staff and their customer service is the best. We highly recommend ACE.

Mountain Ridge came out and properly fixed my shower drain after two unsuccessful repairs by my home warranty plumbing company. If I knew the quality of repairman the Warranty used I would have never purchased it and just kept a few good companies like Mountains Ridge in my contacts and saved the hassle.

The company was easy to use and highly professional process. They showed up ready to work, took the time to understand my needs before making recommendations and did a solid job. I highly recommend this company!

I had a problem with my hot water heater. Ray was very prompt and called before he came out. He was very professional, diagnosed the problem and repaired it. He did not try to upsell or make unnecessary repairs. I would use Harley Plumbing again.

Omg THE BEST EVER. Had an issue with a hot water heater that Joe installed a couple of months ago called him this morning here he came running all the way to Wickenburg to resolve the problem. The issue had nothing to do with the time consuming job Joe did previously it was due to lack off attention from my EMPLOYEES. He's awesome resolved the issue and was more than fair with me. I love this hardworking family they are fair honest & DEPENDABLE. More than I can say about the rest of the plumbing companies around.

AWESOME work! Troy and Zach were sent by home warranty company and really came through. The backed up drain problem was bigger and more complicated than expected. They stayed and worked to find a solution in direct AZ heat to ensure my family would have the peace of mind of having working plumbing.
