Cristian and his crew did a fantastic job. I can not even try and express how great they were. The office staff was very polite and responsive. The arborist was informative and answered all my questions. I wish I found this company sooner. We will be using them for all our tree needs in the future.

I can ONLY recommend Tree Workers Of Phoenix, they called me back within few hours, came for an estimate, and did a great job. Several during the pruning Rick asked me if it was what I had in mind. I am very please with the work they have done and will recommend them to anyone who'd like to have their trees pruned correctly.

I worked out a deal the BJs landscaping to come and do an initial clean up of my house and then scheduled bi weekly maintenance. They arrived on time and did a great job. My yard was a night day difference.

Wish I would have read the reviews prior to wasting our time. We have a 7’ max Mexican Fan palm that died. I even said that to customer service before scheduling the estimate. The guy who came out was on time and very nice. Then he chuckled as he told me that there was a $400 minimum charge. He seemed to know that there was zero chance I was paying that. I asked him why they would even bother with the estimate, knowing that it would not meet the minimum? He said so they can come out and see if we would have them do more work. Being from the Midwest where customer/business relationships actually matter, I am once again let down by businesses here in Arizona. This company might help you very well if you have bigger jobs, but apparently my job is too small for them to waste their time. They must have money coming out of their ears to turn away business.

I have used Veteran Family Tree Service three times and each time they arrived on time or early, finished the job and cleaned up the mess to the perfect detail of trimming sweet acaica, citrus and pine tress. Knowledgeable advise on a tree that wasn't growing much. It's now looking much better and growing fuller. Thumbs up to Veteran Family Tree Service!

The absolute best tree removal service in the Valley. I've hired Lance and the team several times over the years. They are competent, confident, and dedicated to customer service.

Murphy's tree service showed up on my front door wanting to trim my front olive tree. I told the worker I could not afford the $350 for the tree and said I did not want it down. So Today, a week later the worker came to my house and said they were here for the trimming of the tree. I said I did not schedule a tree trim. He proceeded to call Mr Murphy and I went back to work. My phone rang and one of my employees answered and it was Mr Murphy demanding to talk to Carol. She got on the phone and he proceeded to yell at her demanding she get her tree trimmed. I hung up on him. He called back a second time and my employee answered the phone only to get yelling and was VERY force full, angry, rude, disrespectful, demanding and continued to harass me . Three times he called back. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE...

On May 14 2020, Phoenix Tree Removal took down two 17 year old ficus trees from our small NW Phoenix front yard. Lance and Chris are fast and accurate in everything they do. Lance knew exactly where each huge limb would land. We didn't have to take down the front yard fence . A small shrub growing between the trees wasn't touched. Nothing broken. After the trees were removed they ground down both stumps, then raked the yard and cleaned up the front yard, driveway, street and anything that blew into an adjacent yard. They even blew the leaves out of our garage! This is the most professional , pleasant and hardworking people we've ever hired. Their price was excellent!! I got a bid from an arbor company that quoted $4,300 and said a crane had to be used. NOT TRUE!!! Their price was more than 3 times less than that ! LANCE and Chris are amazing! They did this tremendous job between 8 am and 12:30 pm, , including cleanup! Betty Baughman, 85029

We had an enormous saguaro cactus removed, and they did a great job. They started around noon and were done around 7:20. Because of the great void left in our yard, they planted 2 arms from the original saguaro and hopefully, those will grow nicely. Dan was a great negotiator on price and the 2-man crew was courteous and informative. I would definitely recommend these guys.
