I had a leaking bathtub/shower that I tried to fix myself but ended up making it worse. I decided to call Blue Drop Plumbing & Rooter they answered the phone and quickly sent out a technician to my house. the plumbing tech, was very polite and professional and explained everything clearly to me. He was able to quickly repair the issue, and I cannot thank them enough. I highly recommend this plumbing service for their prompt and efficient work.

The technician Alejandro called before arriving at my home. We discussed the HVAC issue in detail including reviewing pictures I had showing the problem, and he explained what steps he was going to take based on the initial inspection. When the work was done, Alejandro showed me pictures he took of the now repaired water pipe and in addition he repaired a faulty air duct not included in the work order. All in all the experience was very positive.

I can't see enough wonderful things about Scott and his team. We have done shower installations, AC service and repairs at both my home and office, and multiple plumbing repairs ranging from children clogging toilets to the homeowner (me) not changing out his reverse RO system filters correctly an causing a leak.

We were very please with the service we got from Ace. We needed to have the maintenance program from the previous owner transferred to us and it was done quickly and without a hassle. Had a pipe burst in my home , thank God for Rivers Plumbing for coming out so quickly, quick response and repair, after I seen the work Andres did I decided to do a few more upgrades to my home. already referred a few people to the company and I’m sure they will be as pleased with the work as I was.

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star! This guy is unreliable and seems to be delusional. He set up at least 3 appointments with me to fix my toilet and never showed up. Finally, I texted him and asked if he even intended on coming to fix the toilet adding that it is ridiculous to keep telling me he’s coming out and not showing up. He responded by telling me I was being rude & he would not be coming out.
