I have used other companies before but Somers Plumbing is reputable and honest and charges a fair price. He can handle H2O heater installation, unforeseen leaks, clogged plumbing, etc. Dave is my “go to” now. My neighbor was so impressed, he asked for his card. I was set up an appointment with Nathan to re-address this issue, remind oneself that this is his first time coming to fix this problem. Nathan was prompt every step of the way and communicated with me throughout the day. I was at work during the time of this repair and was not able to be there as well. Nathan sent photos, detailed what he did, and left me with a fixed plumbing issue. Installed a Rinnai Tankless for over $1000 cheaper than quoted from a highly ranked plumber. Lennard and crew did a high quality job in a timely manner. Team took time to explain the various steps even to the point of explaining how the condensate drain worked and why the exhaust needed to be PVC instead of metal.

Frank came out and did a thorough inspection and gave me his honest opinion about what can be done to fix it.
