This weekend Simon not only responded to and resolved an issue at my home on incredibly short notice, he also shared tips on how I could extend the life of my main drain and even resolve future issues on my own. Simon even noticed a couple of small items while he was there (like a loose faucet) which he fixed for free while he was there. There’s a reason why Simon only has 5 star reviews on the internet.

We had a leak in our hot water heater over the weekend. Springs Plumbing was easy to get ahold of and came out that afternoon. They helped us replace our water heater and haul away the old one all within hours on Sunday. We are so appreciative of how easy they made the process.

The office people are very friendly and great with communications. Our repair tech was Brent. He was extremely knowledgeable and courteous as well as going above and beyond. He took the time to explain everything to us so we would understand it. We were even able to get our water heater parts in a little ahead of his daily schedule, which was fantastic! Water was leaking in the house and through out side wall. Other plumbers just speculated & quoted outrageous prices. PAC man plumber found the issue! Fix it! In no time! Price was more than fair.

So impressed, I called him back to remove my water heater from the laundry room & install on the

outside of my home to create more space. Wow! These guys are the best!!

My hot water tank recirculating pump stopped working so I called Smiley Plumbing and Walt came right away. He said the pump had burned out so he replaced it and tested the system. When I asked him how much he said that the pump was still under warranty and so was the service call. No charge. I have used him for several years now and he has always done a first rate job and stands behind his work. I am always confident that he will do the job right the first time.

We recently had a leak in our garage and we called Alexander's Plumbing to come out and take a look. They came out and within an hour were able to identify where the leak was coming from and fix the issue. They also helped us with a clog we had in our kitchen sink.
