Fantastic service.

Hired Charity Plumbing to install a Moen water detection device. They were recommended by Moen. The plumber installed the device incorrectly. I know this because I sent a picture to Moen for verification. Also I questioned the charge for parts. He had to go get some pieces of copper pipe and fittings. I sent a picture of my piping, why wouldn’t he have common materials on his truck?
I have emailed once and called several times. No response.
I would not recommend this company for anything

Moon Valley and Alex Crocker?? AWESOME.
I had a burst pipe under my driveway and was getting the runaround from my home warranty and insurance companies so eventually just asked to have someone sent out. In scheduling my appointment with Moon Valley, they were understanding of my schedule and were appropriately flexible. Alex calls me ahead of time and is even more flexible because I was running late due to traffic (thanks snowbirds). When I got home, he got to my house as discussed, was professional, courteous, easy to talk to...basically EXACTLY what you want in a plumber. He was really nice and explained everything to me in layman's terms which I really appreciate. He also made recommendations on additional services I may want to consider because of the system I have, tips on how to maintain it, and gave me an honest breakdown of what Moon Valley could and couldn't do for me, which is super impactful. I will certainly be using Moon Valley Plumbing again due to my first and only experience with Alex thus far. Quality work, respectful and knowledgeable employees, timely, affordable service? All found with Moon Valley!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Abraham from Greenstar Plumbing. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain all the steps he was taking to fix the problem. He was very patient and answered all my questions in detail. He was also very affordable and I would recommend him and the company to anyone in need of plumbing services.

The technician Alejandro called before arriving at my home. We discussed the HVAC issue in detail including reviewing pictures I had showing the problem, and he explained what steps he was going to take based on the initial inspection. When the work was done, Alejandro showed me pictures he took of the now repaired water pipe and in addition he repaired a faulty air duct not included in the work order. All in all the experience was very positive.

Feared the worse, but hoped for the best and found it!!! We had an issue with draining from our bathrooms tub and shower, and dreaded the thought of what a 50 yo house might throw at us. Found Sav-On, and couldn't have asked for better! Our tech Jesse was extremely kind, and didn't have any issue explaining what he was doing. Had a hot water line slab leak and the company I originally had to do the repair was dragging it's feet not returning my calls or to even make appointment to do the job. So I decided to look somewhere else. Can across Flush king plumbing on web search and had good reviews on Yelp. I filled out a request form on thier website and within 15-30 mins was sent an email. I called spoke to Chris. He was very friendly and I explained my situation and that have been without hot water almost 3 weeks. He said he could have someone out in 90 mins. 15 mins later received a call from Rich and he said he be heading out shortly. 30 so minutes later received a text stating he's on the way. When Rich arrived introduced himself and I explained the problem and showed him the area. He checked it out told me what they could do and how. I asked how soon they could start and he said we can start right now. He made a few calls and started getting things ready. Another employee showed up and they both got right to work. Short time later another employee showed up and they all worked together and got the job done in a few hours. The original plumber told me they would have to tear up my floors and bust up the concrete to make this repair. Rich explained they wouldn't need to do that they could run PEX piping through the walls. But instead they wound up using copper piping and did an awesome professional job. They explained to me In every detail on what the needed to do and what the did do. I am very satisfied with their work and would recommend them to everyone. Awesome company and people. Thanks to them I now have hot water again. Thank you guys. Appreciate you all

Omg THE BEST EVER. Had an issue with a hot water heater that Joe installed a couple of months ago called him this morning here he came running all the way to Wickenburg to resolve the problem. The issue had nothing to do with the time consuming job Joe did previously it was due to lack off attention from my EMPLOYEES. He's awesome resolved the issue and was more than fair with me. I love this hardworking family they are fair honest & DEPENDABLE. More than I can say about the rest of the plumbing companies around.

Russ is the greatest, he is a true professional and will do the job right no matter how complicated it is. Over the last year or so he has done many plumbing projects while we are renovating our home. Among some of the work he did for us are installing a new chilled and sparkling drinking water system, soft water system, replace the old shower with new one and more. He can be trusted around your home and also to do the job right the first time. I give Russ 5 Stars.

Called with a plumbing emergency due to sewage backflow. Even though they advertise 24/7 the lady that answered the phone said she had to wake up one of the technicians. Supposedly, they would call me back within 10 minutes. 4 hours later I contacted someone else.

We have had these folks out for plumbing issues more than once over the years. They respond quickly, answer questions directly and fully, and give great advice. No hard sell. Highly recommended (particularly Gerald))
